New Batman Vs Joker statue - Page 40

jeez... just got one today. I didn't even notice until I took a picture (which I guess is good), but mine seems to have received a bit of a hair cut.

Not having much luck with statues this week... other than that, it looks amazing.

Anyone else having problems interlocking the two pieces together?? I can't seem to find that ideal spot to hook the peg off Batman's hand into Joker's chest.

Also, the way the Joker seems to fit now, he seems to scrape over Batman's arm and I can see it starting to rub some paint away. That can't be good... lol

Help?

I think I know what you're talking about because I initially had wondered how that peg slid in as well. My initial tries did have the Joker's leg dangerously close to Batman's arm. I was just angling it too low.

Of course, there have been mentions of peg-fit issues...

Does the peg seem like it's all the way in when the leg is touching Batman's arm?

mine has no peg fit issues. it does take some carful positioning though

The pic on the box ended up being a pretty good guide for me.

Someone (other than myself and my chipped hair "variant") does have a listing on Ebay with a bunch of good pics that do a good job of showing the positioning from multiple angles. Not sure if it's appropriate to post a URL to an Ebay listing in this forum, but if you look for the one with the description "SUPERMAN BATMAN VS JOKER STATUE FULL SIZE # 1224 /1600" there are plenty of good pics.
