If you saw a heat wave, would you wave back?

The only easy way to display it I think would be in a pax with custom doors, that could be deep enough

I don't necessarily mean on its own, but with other pieces, that's where the main problem comes in. If you get this as a centerpiece it would be easier.

Oh yeah, if there's no need to have it enclosed then there's more possibilities

I assume with silicone and fabric statues, displaying it "exposed" is like bending over in a prison shower - after you've lathered up......you're asking for trouble...

Once I get to unboxing my silicone products, I'd say it's got to be museum cases that I use.....

I'd feel the same, especially with fabric clothes

The fabric isn't so much an issue as the silicone and even moreso the hair.

Both are an issue. But Fabric has always been an issue for me.

I remember back in the day the Superman and Batman premium formats. Once I touched those, the threads on the costume could pluck or fray etc over time.

The rooted hair always looks better, but once you dust your carefully ‘styled’ hair goes out the window. But at least that being covered in dust won’t necessarily be damaged when dusting/cleaning unlike the silicone or fabric.

Heck until I found the temporary space behind glass for my 1/2 scale Aquaman I had a bag over his head while he was out in the open (as I found the paint on the Aquaman to be more sensitive to dusting than my Hulk and Thanos busts).

I've never had dust damage fabric. What was your Aquaman paint doing, getting scratched or something? I got some rubs from shipping, but maybe the paint is just poor quality.

The paint on Aquaman’s silicone head was fine out of the box, more or less. But depending on how hard you brush it, over time I wouldn’t be surprised if I see pin prick size paint coming off here and there in the future, as it doesn’t take much pressure to remove the uppermost layer.

And dust doesn’t necessarily damage fabric per se. It’s the act of removing the dust that can damage it depending on how thick the dust is, how ingrained into the fabric, and how it’s removed.
