KOTO CLUB FEEDBACK HELP US HELP YOU

Dear Koto fans,
We have been hearing that some people are having trouble joining our Koto club, or are not getting our newsletter on a regular basis, this is very important to us, plus being a Koto Club member comes with its perks and we really want everyone to be able to join.

Please feel free to post if you are having issues specifically with the aforementioned subjects, and please let us know what it is specifically that you are having issues with, be it joining or getting your newsletter.

I'm not getting any newsletters. I get confirmations of my orders by e-mail but not one newsletter.

I only get newsletter sporadically. Is there a regular release date for newsletters like SS?

Signed up for the club, but I never got anything. I wasn't really sure how many things had been mailed out, so I didn't speak up.

I tried signing up for the club but it said my email address was already being used, then I tried having the password forwarded to me and it said the email address didn't exist.

I had to buy the 2 stats I got from kotous as a guest as a result.


(Oh I was signed up for the newsletter before hand so maybe that's the problem. I still can't sign up at the moment. Says email address already used still.)

I think once a month but we are trying to make it more of a regular thing, as we develop more product here in the U.S. we will have to update you a lot :)
