The problem with an item(s) like this are, how do you authenticate them? I mean, the whole thing could be thrown together be some phony.

The seller's feedback is private, it's a private auction, so you can't see who the high bidder is...the whole auction smells like trouble...or the undead!

yes the vampires first tried raising the blood god, then they brought dracula back, since both failed they will get us through eBay

It does. Plus if you go to the Ripley's Believe It or Not link you'll see they have one on display at their museum. I'm guessing this is the real thing or, at least, what they say it is.

With all the weird nonesense going on in KS lately (evolution vs. intelligent design) who's to say if vampires won't come out of the woodwork next. Maybe I should try to find one of these things...

Saw 2 kits in a local antiques dealer yesterday, 1 @ $3000 and 1 @ $6000 !! Very neat looking things. Got to hold the pistol in the cheaper one. There seems to be a lot of hoax related info on the Google (hehe). They were both by Blomberg, I think. I can see hours of research ahead of me. The most puzzling thing about them is the gun and silver bullets. I guess the creator figured that werewolves would be hanging with the vampires so would also need to be killed. Quite fascinating.
