I am interested in what the Aussie think of the Carlton/Collingwood match up. The Gagpies beat a team they should have and the Blues played to the best of their abilities and beat a VERY good Geelong team. Can Carlton continue to surge or will they be physically and emotionally drained from the win? I already know how I am going to tip, was curious on how you see the upcoming match. :)

Well Coolingwood is the better team and as such should win the game, that being said Carlton were very good last week against a Geelong team that was what, without wanting to take anything away from the Blues because they did play just about at their best, Geelong just looked very flat while the Blues were on fire, I dont think there will be any physical or emotional drainage from last week for the Blues and there is no bigger game than Pies v Blues, i think it will only be a few goals in it with the Pies better all round team and greater depth getting them over the line, that is coming from a Pies fan and i'm sure Rocket could/will give you a different POV :)

Thats an opinion mate, anyone that knows the history of ANZAC day matches knows that it has thrown up a hell of a lot of upsets so dont discount the Pies efforts, as for the whole let down thing well Mikey obviously doesnt understand that rivalry our clubs share, have either side ever not been "up" for a Pies v Blues game? Again just my opinions mate and i doubt we will ever agree leading up to a Pies v Blues game! :laugh:
