I dont have one that fits it. It was only made to see how the color would look, no need to make a full set of hands that fit.

Actually yeah...we need to make room here so thats sort of whats begun.

Prototype wise will probably be selling the original Zangief sculpture , unpainted. It went through molding so its not in 100% perfect shape but I think its all there.

Also a Lion-O unpainted prototype and a Kabuki unpainted prototype.

Maybe the original Lord Raptor sculpture.

As far as APs, Maybe a couple Ryu vs Sagat and Felicia but thats about all I have left that Im willing to sell.

Just FYI. The Lord Raptor is baked super sculpey with some wax pieces. Its pretty fragile so I dont think it could be displayed unless in a sealed case.

The Felicia production pieces were pretty darn good and i dont think you would see any difference in the AP except for the eyes. The eyes on the ones I have here were hand painted by Mike (who did the original prototype).

1) I believe this one has a custome, not numbered, base
2) You can ask Jerry to sign a custom certificate, which he also does with the APs.

You can always modify your regular Bison yourself, but still, it would be a modified regular Bison.

It was for the Diane Kamahele Fund that SSC did in memory of her in 2008. They have a lot of prototypes stuff on auction. Psylocke was one of them. She had the Psi-blade. If I remember correctly, it went for over $7000. Our CDN dollar at the time was 65cents to the USD. Crazy huh?

It is my understanding that this is the exact same scale & base...only thing different is costume, because they were tossing ideas around, and doesn't come with interchangable hands.

I would still consider a SF collection to be complete even if it didn't have this white proto or even the green proto since they were never and will never be officially released. Just my opinion though.

Hmm...not too sure...I just assumed for other characters, ideas were tossed around (costumes & maybe even different interchangable parts?) and a couple of protos were made before deciding.

It'd be interesting to hear what ideas went to proto but were never released!

Everything looks better in person. Believe it or not many people were not thrilled with the Spider-Man comiquette when it was first unveiled, but now that it's been released almost everyone loves it and is being toted as the next "grail".

No secret, Jerry already mentioned it ;)
Will be hard in the future to track everything down.
Because these protos are displayable + look different from the pieces you can buy afterwards. I did not care about protos of Ken, Zangief, ... because they look the same. It's something else with those. So I really hope I can at least get a Chun Li one, then I'm ok that I can't get them all :praying: :praying:

Sure, I was planning on doing so, but been busy with work. Bottom of the base says White Bison Prototype in marker/chalk (like Tosh's prototype) hand written. I'll scan a picture of both CoA that came with it.

Sometimes they get trashed and/or lost and sometimes they dont.

I dont really sweat the factory to treat them with kid gloves as whats most important is their use as a paint guide for production.

The white and green Bison survived in perfect condition because they never went into production.

Oh without a doubt I'm getting it done. I thought about buying a 2nd Mecha and having it painted but then I decided to just have my current one customized instead. I like the extra color of blue, red and silver and the contrast it brings. But unfortunately the majority of people that I know are not collectors, painters or hobbyists. So I'll have to seek one out in my area who can do this sort of job.
