What issue does Mac Gargan get rid of the Venom suit?

Hey gang,

I'm trying to find out the motivations for Gargan losing the Venom suit. I thought he was enjoying going out and eating people. Can anybody tell me what led to him disposing of the symbiote? Also, if anybody can give me issue #'s, I'd really appreciate it.

I think it was ASM 648....The suit gets removed from Mac while he is imprisoned on the Raft.
