AFL Footy Tipping Comp 2011

Ok guys it's getting close to that time of the year again, the start of the AFL season proper!

It's my turn to run the comp this year so i thought it best to start a thread, the first game is Thursday March 24th, so make sure you have all your tips for round one in by then!

There will be a prize for first placed Aussie and first placed "international" player! Along with your name going on the plaque and it being sent to you to have for a year:D

If you don't have your tips in by the start of any round you will get all the "away" teams.

So please let me know who is playing and we can get this baby started!

I'm assuming you're missing a number there - it should be

Carl 14.20.104
Rich 13.6.84

The first number is the number of goals scored. The second is the number of behinds scored. The third is the total number of points (a goal is 6 points, a behind is 1 point). Hence, (14x6)+20=104 and (13x6)+6=84.

Short answer, no.

With bub number 2 not far away, i was not going to commit to something that could prove to be very expensive, Doc was kind enough to offer to do the prizes for any tip 8's but i just didn't think that was fair, he was more than generous with all the prizes he put up last year so didn't think it was right when it's a season for him to just enjoy himself and play the game :)
