Street Fighter 3 PF Speculation

Jerry has now confirmed that there's a 3rd Strike character that's been sculpted already... let's start the speculation on who it is!

All we have so far is....

There is a SF3 character already sculpted and just waiting to find a slot for him

So we know it's a male character....

Jerry has previously said that he wanted to sculpt Oro even if it was just for himself.

However would it be more likely to be a character that's also in SF4? Would this be a more obvious way of introducing the SF3 characters?

If I was going to have just 1 PCSC 1/4 statue from each version of Street Fighter, it would be:

SF II: Guile
SF 3: Hugo
SF IV: Gouken
Alpha: Sodom

No, she's not a shoto. She doesn't throw fireballs, dragon punches or hurricane kicks. She's more of a rush-down character

We're talking about one of the next PF statues and Jerry recently said that a sculpt of Alex was on a good way, so there is a lot of chance that it'll be him :thumbs2:

- I have no plans for Hugo. He's not really popular and he would be quite expensive. However, if Capcom decided to push him in a new game then I could change my mind...there is an Alex sculpt floating around the studio ;)

exactly, they fought and both agreed to end the fight early (which really makes no sense coming from Akuma but oh well) and Oro used 1 hand, so yes that to me says he could've likely stomped Akuma into the ground. now i'm assuming SF3 is a few years before 4 so lord knows Ryu with his training and Akuma with all of his could've surpassed Oro by now, but at the time i think it was made clear everybodys favorite 1 armed hermit was the top of the food chain

I believe SF IV's timeline is actually after SF II, but before SF III.

Okay i'd sourced this from the Streetfighter Wiki to be more pendatic and hopefully make everybody aware of the true strength and depth of Oro.

Oro binds one arm while fighting to keep from accidentally killing his opponent (except when performing specific special arts). Canon-wise, Oro is one of the most powerful characters in the series, alongside Akuma at full strength (Oni) and Gill. He has full mastery over his Ki, thus giving him monstrous strength and stamina far surpassing all other fighters except a few in the world, even in his old age. He also has the power of telekinesis being able to pull in random objects and use them for a limited amount of time.
