Thanks for the advice Ryan! The red is quite amazing too! Though since black is my primary costume color in SF3 n 4, it means more than the red and blue colors. That said, I am scared at how high the aftermarket prices will be :'(

Wow, crazy stuff. I'm sure it's a gambler mentality trying to figure out what is the right number that the demand will be there and not saturate. I think you could have made it 100 copies for sure and the demand would still have been there.

Making it 75 is part of the reason there is so much clamoring for it in the first place. I'm sure the demand would have died a little if the blue and the red had already been for sale. But this is the first time any of us could order a Chun Li that we have been waiting for. So we all went crazy....:D

It wasnt anything really specific. I just think its a cool idea. Maybe a graphic on the base...maybe a different shape...

Not sure yet. Going to think about it for the next month (thats about how long until the factory will bug me to make a decision).

Im open to ideas but keep in mind the STATUE will be the same. I dont want people to feel like their is a 4th version.

Something special on the base would be a cool idea.
If anything a print would be good. A different shaped base would be odd, since the only shape that comes to mind that balances the statue would be square. You would have watch the edges and corners when you lift the statue.

If you had 75 black statues out of 800+ that would make them more sought after than 75 out of 600 thats 25 for each 200 batch for Vega and less than 20 for every 200 Chun Li thats how if my logics sound

I think the ES of 75 was right.
150 would have made it not so appealing.

Though I'm making this comment based on speculating what the ES would be for the REG and SS EX.The higher the ES the less total demand, that is true. You should make a brake-even-analysis :)

So instead of the normal black base, there's a subtle sketch layed over the top.

The graphic for the 10 Ap's could be when she won a match it would be of her torso with her hand on her cheek saying "I'm the strongest woman in the world" Then you could have a spot for Jerry signature and for Jerry to hand number them instead of China.

I would keep it to 600+200, they seem to be ok, I would personaly do

I would say 1000-1100 is a good total estimate. I dont think thats terribly high for 3 versions of , arguably, the most popular character.

For this statue I don't think a high ES would affect it too much. It would be sold out eventually anyway.

Yep a strong character like Chun-Li deserved a higher ES.. truth is ES won't hurt her due to popularity, will still be in the hands of fans.. besides, this can be countered with a low ES for E-Honda and Balrog :D (but just high enough to be made and profitable)

I am new to PCS statues, I will not miss pre-order on Chun Li blue and red/pink, I guess they will be my first PCS statues.

I want Ken and Ryu PCS but I guess it's too late now as the price for both have been skyrocketed in secondary market :banghead:
