Yes, it is the Ramos design sculpted by Fernandez. Awesome take on Doc Ock. If anyone knows how to get one of these, please post.

I like the way Doc is depicted in the movie and the more modern sculpts. Im dying to get my hands on that piece.

Looks like a munchkin with slightly large arms. Lift up and there's probably likkle feet under the coat.

Yeah, right before Spidey 2, they released this new "sinister" version of Doc Ock:

But knowing Marvel, next time he shows up, he will have his old look back and nobody will EVER mention why he changed his look again.

Humberto should quit trying to reinvent the wheel.

Humberto should stop period.Humberto is a close friend of mine, he is his worst critic...he knows I am not a fan of his work...but he doesn't dictate what the character will look like everything he did for Marvel was art directed...he's found greener grass the other side of the pond..he works for a French company..I wish him well...

Really?? I thought Ramos' next project was "Revelations" a six part mini series for Dark Horse?

Its not the Doc Ock I grew up with and prefer, but the sculpt is a good representation of this newer version. If I wasn't so *^#@ nostalgic I'd pick this one up.

To be quite honest, even though Humberto designed Doc Ock's new look...this bust is not in keeping with his art style...which I'm a fan of btw.

I like Humberto Ramos' art quite a bit for the right project, but where can they possibly find 5,000 customers for a Doc Ock in an outfit he wore once, and will very likely (as others have pointed out) never be seen again?
