Yeah, I'd be concerned. If you buy a new one, it's a risk. These are going to have definite problems.:thumbsdow

I got a brand new one off of ebay. No chin problems for me (I did get one of the better ones). But I will say, this is one piece that does not hold up if you inspect it with a magnifying lense. Fine by me, but not for others.

There is a chance this is a damaged one that was sent back and then repaired. Have you heard people say they received a statue and it looked like it had been repaired? Well, that's BS. They don't sell repaired statues as new ones. Most likely just some sloppy work in the factory. Sideshow told me that if they ever do sell a repaired statue, they will label it as a distressed package, so that's what this could be. Or if it hasn't been repaired, it is most likely a return.
