Along with a spiffy new Comic Series, through über kewl IDW Publishing, and assorted other joyous goodies in other forms, QS has been granted the license to produce statues from the legendary series, MARS ATTACKS!! Follow our updates here, on our site, and on TOPPS' FB page. The dark humor of MARS ATTACKS meets the sick twisted creepiness of QUARANTINE STUDIO, and the world will never be the same!

Very nice. Hopefully you guys make a bigger statue in 1/4 scale in the future. I like a lot of what you guys are making, but 1/6-ish scale is just too small for my collection and won't fit in well. I'd personally love to see Quarantine do a 1/4 scale Resident Evil or Silent Hill line. It would seem sort of fitting.

Base too busy for me - dont like how the statue is 1) too far to the right of the base and 2) how is right foot is hovering in the air.

the base looks great. but didn't their lazer guns turn humans to a chard skeleton that crumbled to ash?
the corpse looks killer dont get me wrong. but it doesn't seem to relate to the alien/film to me thats all. from what i can remember.

The body is chard, if you take a closer look, you can see the plasma burns. This statue is based on the new comic book that has just been released. The aliens are taller and more menacing then the original movie characters.....ACK....ACK...ACK

I realize this posting may be a bit late. I recently purchased the Mars Attacks Martian statue by Quarantine studios. I emailed Quarantine and was told there were 200 pieces made. But when my piece arrived it was numbered 141/142. Has anybody out there run into a numbering issue with this statue? Again I emailed Quarantine and was told there were 142 statues with a certain paint application. And there were 58 of a different painting. Thus 141/142. Is there anybody out there that can confirm the 2 different paint applications? And does anybody have a piece numbered out of a lot of 142 or 58? Thanks for any help.

My understanding is the statue came in 2 different versions one pre painted and one unpainted just in poly stone. With only 58 unpainted and 142 pre-painted. 200 pieces total. I have also recently ordered this statue and look forward to its arrival. Though all my other Collectibles and statues are scared to death! :)

Not sure if anyone is on the fence about this piece but thought I'd let anyone know who is interested that Midtown Comics has this on sale for only $149.49. Not sure how long the sale is going to last but I ordered mine just the other day. To me for that price it's a no brainer.

BTW - can the helmet come off? I ask because I've seen the videos on YouTube of the kit version and I really like the colors they have and I would really like to do that to mine when I get it in.
