Cool! Every Spidey fan needs a JJJ bust. How does the Doc Ock compare to the Bowen release? Is it classic or the new look? I'll edit the first post and add them to the list.

Did you happen to notice if that was indeed a Snowbird bust on display? If so, she'll be the second member of Alpha Flight they've busted.

That is Snowbird. They also had from Astonishing X-men -Emma Frost ,Cyclops ,Wolverine mini-busts. I also saw a Captain America bust and a Thor bust.The Cap looked huge compared to Snowbird.

I agree, paint job could be better, but we know randy's will be dead on, however it is dead on identical to the pose of randy's whats up with that?

Thanks for the updates gentlemen. I took what pics I could find and threw some stuff together and linked them above. Hopefully it will do until everyone gets back from the Con and posts more shots. Some of them (Cap, Thor, Snowbird busts in particular) are just enough to be a tease but they're the best (or only) that I've seen.

These pieces look awesome to me. I can't wait for a few more pics. The Namor and She Hulk look very good. The X-Men dioramas are getting a little long in the tooth, but the scuplts & paint look good to me. I'm especially looking forward to the mini busts.

Thor bust was cool for sure, JJ was not to shabby I like the pose and all of this one, Apocalypse was cool until you got to his head then it looked like something from kids in the hall TV show. Capt. America was hulking like not shure where the sheild went on the piece it was just laying in front. Snowbird was tiny but not bad. The new white queen has a hot face and body but the hand and glove are all wrong.

the x-men peices where cool but they are not as dynamic as the sideshow x-men vs sentinal by any means.

Alertons Thors looked better in person, Namor was was overpainted to say the least. the pose seems stolen fron Bowen as well. She hulk was not bad.

oh and the new watcher is pretty much to little to late.

I just found out about the "Death of Phoenix" Marvel Milestones statue that was on display (thanks to nbr3), which is based on the memorable cover to Uncanny X-Men #137. For all you collectors that want to see Jean in her old school, green and yellow outfit - the wait will soon be over.

Based on the picture (http://www.statueforum.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=10836) I've seen, I'm adding yet another statue to my wishlist. Does anyone know who sculpted this piece?

Here are some clearer pix of Cyclops, Cap and Human Torch. We'll very likely get the Astonishing X-Men line 'cuz it's one of my son's favorites. Cap, probably no. Torch, nope. The Cyclops and Jean will be the first Marvel Milestones we get, that statue/diorama is fantastic, and reminds me of my old comic reading days. So, Watcher is an action figure, hmmm? Good. Excellent sculpt but no longer in the action figure realm.

We need a picture of the DST WHite Queen bust so everyone can see how BAD the hand looks. She appears to be pulling her glove off by biting the tip of one finger. But the hand looks deformed. It really ruins the rest of a very well done bust. CKinSD first pointed it out and if the hand is fixed it would be one of those rare DST keepers.

How much will these pieces be going for, especially the Milestone and X-Men ones? Although they're decent...I think there is just something about the paint job that makes them look off somehow, and the sculpting looks weird compared to the anatomy and posture of the Bowens.

its because Bowen has all his sculpt in a generic smooth finished pose. its his trademark and that why his are easy to spot, while dst has a more rough finish and more action poses.

Same here...Snowbird and Emma for sure...I'm not sold on the She-Hulk.
