Looking for mini video camera for car

My friend has someone that's keyed his truck and he wants to put a mini video camera on it to catch the guy.Anyone know where I can get a cheap video camera for it?
He said he wanted to spend around $100 he's cheap.:laugh:

$100 may be pushing it. GoPro cameras are great because they can mount anywhere. The other thing is if he's looking to catch someone in the act he might want something with a motion sensor, otherwise it's going to be hours of nothing.

It's a co-worker he's sure of it he just needs proof of it and it happens in the parking lot at his work.

I think you can get this camera from a auto decoration shop and yo can found these shop's by watching the banners because they are hang banners in front of their shop's and make this as their shop display....
