That's very wishful thinking. If that would happen he would open up an even bigger can of worms by fixing some and not the others IMO .

Yeah I was being sarcastic lol. I agree that's pretty much a cop out and saying you get what you have so keep it or return it. :banghead:

Heh, I wasn't sure since there are many that might actually agree with that logic. Good to see that common sense still thrives in these parts.

Well the customer sentiment is clear here PCS -- over 30 of the buyers for this status would prefer to have it corrected and may even possibly return her for a full refund if it is not... ouch!

Of all the people who have received it so far that frequent this forum 'none' are happy with the eyes. That's clear enough to me from a business perspective :sos:

Now I agree with the :deadh: the punters have spoken and the factory deserve their knuckles wrapped for sloppy workmanship!
