Dr No is easily my favorite of the 4 while Goldfinger is my least favorite, which is good since it's the only one sold out.

So they state these are the first of 4 sets. Wonder if that means they'll be doing any more 007 films? Would love a Casino Royale as it would make the most sense with the playing card layout. From Russia With Love would be sweet too.

Yeah he is releasing more in a few weeks. I would definitely pick up From Russia with Love, Casino Royal, Golden Eye and maybe one or two more. His Alfred Hitchcock are amazing.

Here is what he says: This is the first of 4 sets that will be coming up over the next few months. They are handprinted with an iridescent red, a pearlescent gold and then a metallic gold. Theres also a bunch of new stuff that has nothing to do with the Export series which I'll be listing at the end of the month. I've been amiss in listing new releases so from now on I'll try and release around 3 a month as opposed to waiting every 4 months and listing 13 at a time. See you in a few weeks.

Yeah you're right, I'm just not sure how many of these I'd want. I'm thinking 2 tops. Thing is if they do CR, FRWL, For Yor Eyes Only and/or The Spy Who Loved Me I'd want all of those more than Dr. No.

That said I'd hate to miss out on this one and not have them produce any of those I just listed.

I've seen stuff come back in stock but I think it's pretty rare.

Maybe this thread should be retitled David O'Daniel or James Bond Prints. I've been on his mailing list for a while. Although, I like his style nothing has been a must own for me. At least not yet. I was hoping the Bond ones would get me although I almost purchased his poster for Charade. That was pretty good with the stamp thing but I didn't get the target. I probably should see the movie again.

Casino Royale if he does it, should be the best going by the whole card theme. But the overall feel of these isn't the Bond feel I was hoping for. You would think he would use the Tarot card for the Live and Let Die print.

I'm sure I'm going to pick up a few of Michael Gillette's prints. He did the recent UK hardcover/paperback covers. They come in two sizes. The larger size is expensive. $225 limited to 400 of each.

Also, I still have a handful of older limited lithographs from the late 90s or early 2000s from Jeff Marshall. The Spy Who Loved Me is signed by Roger Moore! Also, a smaller lithograph signed by Lois Chiles from Moonraker.

OHMSS is ok. A missed opportunity on not having the Diamonds are Forever girl actually holding a diamond behind her back. That would have made me pick up that one. He needs to do a bit more to sell me on these. It would have been great for Mondo to have a poster from each actor leading up to the release of Skyfall. I guess it's too late for that now with the Halloween show taking their focus.

Seen these in person and they are amazing. The Exocist and Birds are two of the best prints I've ever seen.

I actually like the movie. Many have mentioned that it's a better Bond comedy type compared to Diamonds are Forever. The boat chase is great too. A lot better than the recent one in Quantum of Solace.

My TDK piece arrived today - nice treat to come home to after being yanked out of bed in the middle of the night to go to work.

The print has such a unique quality as a result of the shiny gold paper it is printed on. Like Fro I almost like the handbill set better than the print itself.

Fro did your handbills arrive attached or separate? The listing in the store was kind of unclear as to what one gets. I got the 18x24 poster in the tube and the set of 3 handbills separately (but all three attached)

Three more Bond prints are up from Alien Corset. They are ok but not what I'm looking for. Kind of sad that there isn't one poster yet that visualizes all that is Bond for the 50th anniversary. Even more surprising given the history of Bond movie posters.

Octopussy could prove to be a good one from a design standpoint. I'm personally hoping they do something cool with For Your Eyes Only. Goldeneye for Brosnan definitely. :thumbs2: Hoping we get a Casino Royale for Craig too.

On another note, one thing I really liked about the first run of these Bond prints was the tagline "For Queen" - "For Country" - "Forever" Really wish they would have maintained that throughout.
