It will happen. The question is, will the new Darkstalkers be for the current generation of console or will Capcom stall and wait for the next gen? I'm just glad to see they've incorporated online play with this reboot.

Whether this pack sells or not...its already been confirmed by Capcom that they will be making an all new Darkstalkers game. I expect it will come out in time for the next generation of video game consoles.

Jerry my man you know what I am going to say right. I reckon it would be rude not to release a little DS PF (which is perhaps already sculpted) in order to celebrate this glorious occasion!

I was hoping for an updated graphics release like the DLC Street Figher III 3rd strike.

I saw them unravel this on the capcom booth last night, i actually thought it was a new game. Then i saw the old sprites and knew it was a online game like SF3.

rumors is there is a new Darkstalkers come out now, cause this is a way to get people hype for it.

Jerry, a long time ago back when you were posting regularly on action-figure.com, you mentioned you had a strong interest in doing a Bishamon statue cause you thought it was a cool character and would make a great statue. Any chance of that still, especially with the series somewhat alive again, or are you not feeling the design anymore?

I would think it will be like Marvel vs Capcom.Plus if made I'm sure they would release a new version every few months life they had been with SF.I have not played Darkstalkers in a long time but I did enjoy the game and would welcome a new version.

I dislike the Marvel VS Capcom style. But then again if they chose the SF IV style it would just be more of the same. I would like something completly new.

Well I was at the NYCC Panel and Ono said they are going to make a New DarkStalkers game, they showed a preview which what looks to be SFIV animation. They said they are rereleasing the last 2 because they want feedback on gamers to see which fighting Engine they prefer since they said there were debates on both of them since they are different.
