That depends what kind of collector you are..

are you the kind of collector who tries to sell their ex-husbands G1 transformers for a million dollars just because it is 'complete' (from memory I don't think she even accepted bids when they went to half of that), or are you the kind of collector who understands it is better to give it to a fellow collector as a set where it will stay appreciated (and avoid possible issues with individual sales)

Personally, I would base it on ebay's legit auctions of the last ~6month listings, and subtract 10% for all the headaches and fees you're avoiding. But don't budge on price, because it is practically 'complete' afterall.
