Yoda1 seems very high. Especially when you consider the new FS GG one coming out.

I got a Stormtrooper from Moriaki. Paid a little less than ebay prices(it generally sells for $750-$800, I paid $700 buy it now)It should be here tuesday. I also know a local guy that ordered from him and got excellent service. P1X also got two Troopers from him. His prices for the lower numbers statues are high, tough. BIG Japanase Flipper. Some people call him there "Grusonriaki".
j/k with ya, my friend. :thumbs2:

It sold for $700-$900 many times on ebay. High, yes, but that's the price those sell for. I personally don't want to spend more than $500 on it(It's a nice piece, tough, but not high in my list.). In the meatime, I will be happy with my Yoda 2. :) Maybe will get Yoda 1 down the road when/if I find a better price.

High prices considering other E-Bay auctions prices IMO. I have to admit that I don't know the retail prices for the japanese edition.

Yup, he charges by the statue numbers. Mine was 115/200 and I paid $700. He now sells a 29/200 Trooper for $1000 and a 003/200 for $1200! Very high. Personally, I couldn't care less about numbers, as long as the statue it's perfect. :)

Hey Cap, I would take number 200/200 for $500, do you think it could be possible!? I have to agree with you on this one! All I care is the condition of the piece, I don't mind numbers.

Hey Gianco! No, no, no.. you don't want 200/200! It's even more expensive! See here (http://cgi.ebay.com/Japanese-Attakus-Star-Wars-Yoda-1-Statue-200-200_W0QQitemZ6550695024QQcategoryZ73558QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

I got a e mail back from him saying: Thanks for your repily please wait thanks. I doubt he will be interested in my offer since his prices are very expensive and my offer was on the lower side. Well see what happens.I don't know if it's worth it for me to get the Japanese ones the regular ones(1500 made) prices seem better on e bay for example. Greg

P1X4R, Thanks for that price you paid to give me a idea.My offer is a little less that yours was so I hope he bites.I e mailed him back today and said I might order 3 statues from him if i can swing a good deal. I haven't locked in the 3 yet either 2 stormtroopers and a royal guard or 1 yoda 1 stormtroper and 1 royal guard. I only own so far a Vader 2 and a C3PO and R2-D2.Decisions,decisons,decisions. Like you said paying more for a lower number means nothing to me just a way to get more cash from the buyer(BS). I don't care about the number as long as the box statue and certificate are perfect. Lakeshouse, you won't find it cheaper. But then for $650, you better (and safer) buying from his ebay auctions, since this is the price he sells the Yoda 1 in his auctions.

Buy a Jango Fett for $349, or a Jawa for $189.99 from Mike, excellent E-Bay seller!

E-bay my friend!
Yoda 1 goes for about this price on ebay, Gianco, when it not goes for even more money.
Lakes, if you really want this piece, $650 is a "good" price to pay for it( considering the price it generally sells on ebay). You can try ebay, sure, but right now that's ($650) the low bottom for this piece( in like new/Mint condtion that is)

Doesn't look much like yoda in the movie.
Is it better in person?

Lakes, I like it a lot. Would be good if you see it first. Yoda 1 it's very nice too, I may get it down the road, hopefully for a better price. :)
