Perhaps because there's some yellow and orange.

DBZ does have yellow dragon balls and Goku's gui is orange.

The sneak is very plushy. I doubt PCS will start producing plush toys.

It could also be a Naruto license Naruto does have yellow hair and an orange jumpsuit.

I thought that was a part of the collectible before.

There is absolutely NO chance it is a Naruto character or something lol. I wouldn't expect any anime licenses from PCS. At best we might see DBZ or some other anime that had 80s-90s American appeal since that is generally what PCS is into.

Sadly if they do MvC it will probably be MvC 3 style instead of MvC 2 because it's the newest game. I never cared for the MvC 3 style but I loved 2.

This would make sense because Jerry recently talked about how Marvel had approached him after being impressed with the Sub Zero Life Size bust.
I imagine that Marvel and Capcom consider the MvC licence separate from Marvel itself - a legal technicality but they love to make more money if they can.
The only thing is, as I understand it, HGC has the MvC licence.....but it's unclear to me what scale they own. Either way it's obvious to everyone that PCSC would do a better job than HCG.

My only personal concern about MvC is that I HATE the style that the characters are drawn in. Ryu and Akuma suck balls. If Jerry can have some creative freedom then that's great.

The Marvel vs Capcom would make sense for 2 reasons.

1) He's hinted at the Marvel License/statues
2) I think him using PVC or Vinyl (correct term?) on a unnamed line would make sense with a potential Marvel vs Capcom License. Art wise i think it would go together real good?

Marvel 3 seems unlikely.

HCG has the license for 1/4 and 1/3 if I'm not mistaken. This is extremely crappy for me, as it may have been my best shot at a PCS Mike Haggar. (However, I agree this games art direction is terrible)

And the HGC statues look ridiculous. And are severely overpriced.

Marvel 2 statues would be insane. But tbh I'd rather see Jerry stay focused on SF. Waiting on Hugo and Rufus:)

I had this idea that Jerry/PCS should create his own line of fighters that could blend with the SF statue line.

Fans could submit ideas. Vote on story or appearance. Maybe PCS could run a contest to give aspiring sculptors a chance to be in on the creation of a piece. (Submit a sculpt contest)

Who knows, maybe Capcom would include one of the characters in a future installment.

If it's the one I'm thinking of it didn't look very good. The sculpt was fine, but it didn't look anything like Mai. The Max Factory and Aizu Project Mais are the best IMO, I'll throw some pics up when I get home tomorrow.

I have this Max Factory Version of Mai as well.. The original one of course and not the bootleg.. hehehe.. I agree the Max Factory is the best interpretation of Mai Shiranui, very close to her arcade version..

Yeah. I can respect that he's a fan and is making products for the fan base. I just want nothing to do with it. I'm not too sad about this though. Even with only a few licenses PCS can't release anything on time without constant delays so adding more would have just slowed down the whole process even more.

adventure time is a good show when it doesn't lose itself in the "whacky for the sake of whacky" attitude that many of it's episodes unfortunately suffer from

Yeah. I can respect that he's a fan and is making products for the fan base. I just want nothing to do with it. I'm not too sad about this though. Even with only a few licenses PCS can't release anything on time without constant delays so adding more would have just slowed down the whole process even more.
