I like mine (despite the fact that the faces are a little off).

Pics pending.

Sorry the flash is just killing these images. I feel the sculpt is better than the actual paint. Might have it repainted one day. Like it for the cover recreation.

Didn't the Kucharek Brothers sculpt this piece?

Yes.

I think it is a good representation. Will not be getting it though, too much for that statue.

I had one of these but sent it back the legs didn't fit into the peg holes and it kind of got damaged, it was ok if you are into dioramas but DF had a high price on it way to high

I am a fraken idiot.

In a mad rush this morning inorder not to miss my bus, I accidently brushed past my DOFP statue. Wolverine being really shaky on the base fell to the floor and exploded into teeny tiny fragments of mutant porcelain. Checked E-Bay for a replacement dio but for $295.00 US no fracken way! I now have a not so interesting older Kitty Pryde statue.

This is the second Wolverine I destroy in the last two months. The Moore sewer Wolverine popped a leg while I was placing him on his base.

Some healing factor, really impressive! :banghead:
Sorry to here that Tetra, that sucks. 295 dollars is a lot of money for that I hope you can find a cheaper replacement.

I thought there were 2 versions: an AP and a regular where the Ap was $295 and the regular $195. The Ap was supposed to have a sketch by Terry Austin. Anybody have the Ap?

I have the ap, what do you mean by sketch? I also have the problem of the statues not perfectly fitting...

From an old solicitation:

WOLVERINE: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST DIORAMA STATUE!
http://www.dynamicforces.com/htmlfiles/p-C99997.html

In the not-to-distant future, mutants fight a losing battle for their very survival. Among the freedom fighters the X-Men take their last stand in the Days of Future Past!

Now, DF is proud to present a complete, 3-D capture of this most powerful X-Men image -- the cover to Uncanny X-Men #141 recreated here as a Diorama Statue!

Sculpted and painted by the Kucharak Brothers, the Days of Future Past
Diorama stands 11" tall at the back, 11" wide, and 8" front-to-back. Logan, standing close to 6 and 1/2" tall, with his claws extended and protecting the adult Kitty Pryde, who stands close to 6" tall.

While previously offered as a high-end edition featuring a certificate complete with an original sketch by artist Terry Austin, this “base model” is offered without that limited certificate and signature.

$195.00 Suggested Retail Price

Excpet the AP at my LCS didn't have anything like this. It was supposed to be a hand drawn sketch.

I agree tht this Diorama is uuuggly. I thought it would be cool but wasn't the SRP like $200.00? OI picked on up of the bay for $60.00 -it was damaged (one of Wolverine's Claws broke off).I easily fixed it and now it's in my office. But I would have been very dissappointed if I had paid the SRP
