i would say .....

cena v y2j - im going with y2j - cena doesnt need the belt, he is a huge star that will be popular with or without hte title - plus y2j hasnt had a title (or title shot) in like 2 years

hogan v HBK - i think u all know my hopeful thinking on this but without going into it im just going to pick HBK

V1 v edge - i would think edge would win b/c of lita interference

angle v eugene - angle obvioulsy

batista v JBL - im going with batista, JBL had the title for an obscene amount of time and doesnt need it again ( he aint no HHH ) also batista is still riding his title to get over more ( also i think this will be the match we would see a lesnar run -in if any - to maybe set up a lesnar batista match at the next SD ppv)

taker v orton - im going to go with orton as well - he needs to have a big win to come back on - plus he lost to taker at WM so i htink he will win this time to add him to the legends list the he "killed"

eddie v 619 - this is the one match ill go to the bathroom during - who cares im sick of these 2 fighting and thi story line needs to die now

lod v mnm - i would go with mnm - animal isnt going to wrestle permantly his return was to pop the dvd and now thats doen wiht they dont need it also MNM are up and coming and need a title rain to make it

the US title match - if this happens i would go with christian - he riding a huge run now and i think the fact that he went to SD it might have killed some of his "mojo" so the title mgiht put his over big

carlito v benjiman - i dont know who to go with - i can realy see it going either way - if i had to pick i woudl go with shelton simply cuz he doesnt have all the tools carlito does ( *cough* mic skills *cough*)

raw tag titles - i woudl say the heart throbbs will get it b/c the tag division doesnt get attn on raw that much and like MNM heart throbbs need help getting bigger hurricane will be popular with or without hte titles - he just needs air time

my guess is prob b/c his ego wouldnt let him do what vince wanted - vinman wanted him to go down to OVH for a while to knock off his ring rust b/c he hadnt wrestled since the buy out (which was about a year i think ) and he needed to work on his mic skills
stiener was a big dog in WCW and didnt feel he needed this so they went their seperate ways after he prob got sick of the mid card storys he had to follow and it prob bugged him that he wasnt in the spotlight like he had in WCW

honestly what they need to do is stop with the roster split -they need to intergrate weverythign back into one brand and have the strong preformers brign the ratings back up for the show - wwe is more SD to fri night in the fall so maybe they will do somethign to change the show up a little and make it more veiwable

I agree completely. I went to RAW monday in pittsburgh an what a crummy show. Not one single decent match, not one.
Only the Matt Hardy vs Snitsky had a shot at bein good but it was short an uneventful.
And there wasnt even that many matches to begin with.
Even the after show dark match of JBL, HBK an Angle vs HH, Cena an Batista was'nt so hot.
Not so worried about bring back the managers, how about just bringing back the wrestling. :buttrock:
btw, whats the deal with Rob Conway being a Buff Bagwell clone?

MAtt Hardy vs. Edge...this match has lost steam faster than a tv dinner with the foil ripped off! EDGE will win, the whole thing was a work, and this fued will go on until the briefcase is up for grabs, and the eventual Hardy/Kane team-up happens. If Matt wins, there is really no need for this to go on...Look for Snitsky and Kane to get involved, and lets all hope Litas feet dont get licked!

I've been working with adults with MR, and Eugene's character is way off on how these people behave and act. Even if he was portraying a high functioning adult, they do not act like a child. They're more like 16-18 year old's, annoying because they know it annoys you.

Randy Orton needs to hold the strap once again. His mic skills are far better than Batista and Orton can carry a program just as Triple H can.

Frankie Kazarian was going to be on velocity for awhile so I don't know why he thought he was going to be some big deal...it's not like he was going to get a title shot anyway.

It is a whole different world when you work or live with people with special needs. My older sister has special needs and I have volunteered with the special olympics for a long time. I turn the channel when Eugene comes out, it really is a tired and unnecessary skit. I realize that because of my personal experiences I am hyper sensitive to it, so to each his own, but I am personally offended by Eugene's character and again, that is because of my experiences. So instead of complaining about it I choose to change the channell. It is similar to when someone says "that's retarded" people say it on a daily basis and mean no harm, but when a person with special needs hears someone refer to something wrong or stupid as "retarded" what do you think is going on in his or her mind? But as we say in Boston "Thats just Manny being Manny" in the WWE thats just Vince being Vince.

yea it was fantastic - the bret hart tease was great - they are making it so obvious that there will be a hart run in during teh hbk/hogan match - which makes sense - the PPV will be revenge themed - edge/hardy - hogan getting revenge from teh HBK betrayal - then hart getting revenge on HBK - please let HHH run in to save HBK and bring back DX - also if nayone remembers it wouldnt be the first time hogan and hart helped each other- at teh end of WM IX hoagn came to brets aid after yokozuna blinded hart with salt and then hogan ran in and beat yokozuna for the title - should be a gret PPV

Well, LETS HOPE SO!

I have seen Hart in person several times not too long ago, and physically he appeared to be fine, nut he just looked and acted very sad. It was actually quite disturbing...even my wife made mention of it.

Hopefully he has put things behind him and realized that life must go on. Losing Owen is the more impactful thing, I think if it was JUST the screwjob, he would get over it... I have read many interviews where he feels the Blue Blazer thing with Owen would not have happened had he been in the WWF, thus the accident would not have happened.

With the new HOT wife, and a DVD and book on the horizen, perhaps he has healed to the point where he feels ready to be back in the public eye. Bringing Bret back to the WWE would be greta for younger talent, and the product if he is used as a manager, or maybe even the new GM of RAW?!?!?

Well, LETS HOPE SO!

I have seen Hart in person several times not too long ago, and physically he appeared to be fine, nut he just looked and acted very sad. It was actually quite disturbing...even my wife made mention of it.

Hopefully he has put things behind him and realized that life must go on. Losing Owen is the more impactful thing, I think if it was JUST the screwjob, he would get over it... I have read many interviews where he feels the Blue Blazer thing with Owen would not have happened had he been in the WWF, thus the accident would not have happened.

With the new HOT wife, and a DVD and book on the horizen, perhaps he has healed to the point where he feels ready to be back in the public eye. Bringing Bret back to the WWE would be greta for younger talent, and the product if he is used as a manager, or maybe even the new GM of RAW?!?!?
i bet not just hte thing su mentioned but the loss of both parents and his borther in law davey boy smith also have taken its toll on him - im sure anyone who lost both parents, a borther, a borther in law, and been screwed over by a company he devoted his life to would also prob be in a sad state - bret was always a class act - u never heard his name linked with drug rumors or anyhting dirty liek that, that u ussually hear coming fromt eh bussiness - the only blemish was that rumor that he had an affair with tammy stych(who could blame him - at that point his wife was overwiehgt and sunny was slammin ) i just hope hart is able to come back and contribute to WWE in a positive way and halp bring back the wrestling form teh 90's that we all loved and help end this crap we have now

yea it was fantastic - the bret hart tease was great - they are making it so obvious that there will be a hart run in during teh hbk/hogan match - which makes sense - the PPV will be revenge themed -

Kurt Angle...nuff said....PLEASE will someone hit Eugene over the head so a new personality emerges. He could go FAR if he became a crazy type of guy that came out every week mimicking other peoples dress and moves! The guy has talent in the ring, its a shame they are sticking with the "special" gimmick for so long....
I agree an I gotta an idea about somethin that could be done with the Eugene character.
If the guy who plays Eugene has some solid wrestling ability, the WWE could turn him into a major player in the fed.
I know what your thinkin , but hear me out.
I know his gimmic is disrespectful, and played out.
So I think it would be slick if he does takes a beating at the hands of Angle at SS, an then turns heel.
I read awhile back that good ol Mick Foley was in talks to come back sometime in the near future, an he could take Eugene under his wing.
We could have Mankind ver.2, or at least maybe George the Animal Steele or the Missing Link Ver. 2.
I mean they have no problem with rehashing old ideas look at the LOD ver 3, this could be an option.
I know this wont happen but I think it would be a nice way to end Eugene an possibly get something good outta him.

The main event was Orton vs Benoit, Orlando came out and distracted Benoit enough for the RKO. Batista came out during the Funaki vs Bradshaw (blah.....) no dq match, Batista hit Bradshaw with a steel chair in the back.

Many WWE fans have reported they have been unable to purchase Christian's "Captain Charisma" T-shirt at Smackdown tapings or houseshows. WWE Shopzone is also not currently carrying it. This follows rumors that Christian has become increasingly unhappy since June, when his apparent main event run was cut off before it even got started. There are also no plans at this time for Christian to have a match at Summerslam this Sunday.

yeah christian certianly got dumped on when they moved him to SD - the show is a career killer - poor cpt charisma just started his much deserved main event run and then bamf like nightcrawler transporting his spotlight goes up in smoke aka smackdown

anyone watch byte this with the edge/lita/matt hardy convo ? - this whole thing is so weird - obviously this story isnt made up - this whole affair and everythign took place - but the idea that matt and edge will be able to have a ''match'' at SS is kinda wierd - we all know wrestling is scripted but the moves are dangerous if not preformed the right way - that being said i cant imagine this match being very professional - i mean if i was in the ring with a guy that stole my 6 year g/f i dont think his saftey during a move is gonig to be my top priority - just the oppisite i would be trying to drop him on his head ala droz and cripple him - which leads me to think that obviously this whole promo thing has to be set up - but u think that matt/edge/lita coulda worked out their differences and are going to be able to actually have a match or u think matt and edge are going to just brawl - no moves or anyhting and just end it without a "decision" or anyhting

This will most likely be the first match in a series...
But it should be interesting....

Ive been wondering if matt will just snap on live TV and bite Edges Nose off...
