Attach Death Dealer's Arm

I purchased a full size Death Dealer recently from eBay (for $200). Pretty good deal I think...

The arm/axe is not attached to the statue. Does anyone know how I can attach the arm to the statue for display (not permanently)? TIA.

i have tried all types of putty and eventually the arm will fall off. i recently used a small bit of hot glue, and have had no problems. i removed the arm just to see what would happen, and it came off easily w/out any damage. :)
