first sculpt using monster clay

this is my first go at using monster clay to sculpt a one of a kind joker (new 52).....im still trying to get used to it but i love the feel of it and how it works

this is still very rough but any thoughts and criticism welcome



update..

decided to melt this and start fresh .. new project is roughly 1/4 scale pics coming soon

i might just start over and make it into a smaller scale so i can make a full figure of him now that im getting familiar with the clay and have all my tools ready ill be able to get going a little better

i was using a hair dryer to soften it when it cooled because i didnt have an alcohol torch but now it has arrived and im ready to really sit down and make something happen

ill post pics soon ive actually decided to start fresh and begin to make a full size figure roughly 1/4 scale ... the head is almost finished and im now working on the upper torso .... looks ten times better than my first attempt lol
