I figured I would give this guy his own thread since I can get him finished now thanks to Christmas rotary tools and airbrush's.
The Creeper from the Jeepers Creepers movie, I modeled him on a old Halloween skull we had laying around.

Unfortunately, When baked, the skull prop did not make a good armature...

Ah man, too bad about the cracks. It takes me back to my last project that turned into a nightmare. Hours of work wasted. Well, I did learn enough to switch to Monster Clay. The bad thing is the cost of the mold-making materials. I hope you can repair him!

Thanks Guys! It's def been a pain repairing this one but I had too much time in it too let it go, back when I was attempting to restore my old 70 Plymouth Satilite I learned after you repair a spot on the body spray it with primer to see if its really smooth, so I did that with the Creeper, every flaw and crack shows up, I don't have too much to do to him before we can paint, Hmmm, I wonder who the young lady is standing next to him??

I have started painting and man, I love the airbrush, this is my first "Official" time using an airbrush, I do understand the workings of one as I have a friend who is a master of the medium, but I still need to practice the double action aspect and fine lines etc.
I'm painting multiple layers to try and get some depth, heres a couple pics which represent 4 layers so far.

The Creeper has a lot of tones and values in his finish so it will be a challenge to get this to look like the movie version, the masks that are out there are very light skin wise, the Creeper in film 2 is very dark colored almost black, I guess I will move this part to the painting section before I get to far!:vortex: Thanx all!

Killer job.
I always thought that character was pretty evil looking.
