For what you get, the pricing is good. Unfortunately, I like my SF chars with a more realistic /beefy touch, so i'll be waiting to see what PTZ does with these chars.

Having said that, this is easily my favourite of all the Chun-li statues i've seen, but 1/8 is a tad too small for my tastes.

I've been waiting for an Anime styled line of SF stuff for a while so i am totally hype over these!

Those look pretty sweet, not the chars I'm interested in tho but i like what they are doing with them.

Hope they make some chars i would buy rather then the same old main chars.

But i really like Chuns face, looks good.

Good start so far and I particularly like the pose they've got for Vega.

EDIT: Didn't realize both feet were off the ground. Not sure how I feel about that pose.

I will definitely buy this.. Though is she in 1/8th scale? I cant understand.. its italian.. :bawling: I wish she is bigger... but regardless.. I have been waiting for a chun li statue using her spinning air kick.. and this is a dream come true.. hahaha.. everything is flawless from those pics.. I hope they can retain that perfect quality in the production pieces.. I will get both chun li and vega, but i hope it will be available in asia too.

Chunners looks great but is a little too similar to the Bishoujo statue that I have on order. (She's also smaller and more expensive). Vega is very tempting, though.

Omfg how do I order these in America?

I also don't like the color of Chun-Li's legs. What's up with that?

Love the Vega though. That's pretty sweet!

Here's their newsletter with their own description of the Chun / Vega statues:

Hi everyone,

When we announced during Japan Expo the rights to create Ultra Street Fighter IV figures, many of you rejoiced but also wondered which character we would choose as starters. Well, your patience is about to pay since we reveal today our two first HQF by Tsume figures from CAPCOM’s famous fighting game.

Secretly shown to some lucky winners during Tsume Fan Day, Chun-li HQF by Tsume is set launching her TenshĂ´kyaku, frozen during the motion with a cloud of dust underneath her, flying on top of a stone-paved floor. Watch Vega, the famous Spanish Torero (named Balrog in the Japanese version) hanged on his cage – as in the game, ready to launch his gorgeous Flying Barcelona Attack. V ega is sold with an extra head, without the mask.

Tsume is proud to launch this set of 1/8th scale PVC figures, whose designs are ultimately close to the original game. Chun-li HQF by Tsume and Vega HQF by Tsume are to be released during the second half of this year and the retail price of each is 119,90€. They are bot h available for pre-order on Tsume’s website or official resellers.

Been around for a few years now. One of the best company's around, quality is amazing and they match their prototypes spot on usually.

They are french company if I'm not mistaken. They been around for a 3years.
Ppl been saying their customer service is brilliant.
And their final products are pretty close to their prototype.

Final products are great, their CS meh ;p Depends sometimes it's hard to get the statue even after many months. Not a fan of Vega like the other's here, the legs compared to chest proportions look weird. I do really like Chun Li's face, pose is ok. Those poses in PVC worry me though.

You should be able to order directly from their site.

I like the pose for Vega, but the claws should be parallel. That really bugs me.

If I really liked either character it might be a hard decision. 1/8 doesn't help though.

Definitely keeping an eye on this line.

That looks tacky. Give me the traditional SF and not that crappy SF 4 garbage.

I totally agree but it's true to the source material as this is an USF4 line.

We all know SF4 has a terrible art direction and absolutely ugly graphics, but alas there is nothing we can do about that.

Luxembourg. But great pieces so far in this line! Vega looks great. Unfortunatly small but wont bother me much when they are going to do all fighters.

This is a surprise and the Chun Li is better than the Kotobukiya version to me. It has the same thing going on but is truer to the character with the facial sculpt. Not just the cute face in an action pose like the Kotobukiya version. I don't like the frozen air/spark/smoke elements though. It rarely works.

Yep, it's based in luxembourg, but most of them are french :)

They are all very nice with good communications !

It's a bit a shame that paint masters limit themselves in painting job because of mass production.
Guillaume HĂ©mery has really amazing skills and is a really nice guy !
