i have made the move from air-dry to oil based clay (sculpey beige) in this case and decided to have a go at predator here is what iv done so far .
im not sure if i should bake the head first then insert the dreads and fangs l8r and rebake ?

Very nice work so far mate!!

Yeah I'd definitely bake this head now then go back and add the dreads and fangs!!

thanx ged there's a few bits need tweaking on the second head but i am hoping to get it baked tomorrow.

if anyone knows of a medium that i can use for the dreads (i want them flexable/rubber) any help would be appreciated

nuthin really lmfao not even this sucks no advice on rubber/clay medium hell with this site good job im not on here for my ego stroke pmsl

Well it's sad to see you go since you do have talent. I think people may have overlooked your question since sometimes these pages move quickly.

awesome work, i would never dream of attempting something that intricate myself.

I would look into casting/moulding the dreads from silicone or rubber. as trying to fabricate dreads from rubber tube or similar might prove problematic when going for the tapered ends.
