TOTAL SPECULATION… but if Sideshow Colelctibles WERE to POSSIBLY make a Jango Fett PF, what would be your ideal pose or concept/idea?

No pressure for participation, and I will NOT confirm or deny a Jango Fett PF in the works… BUT!..

RULES

Photos obviously help. It can be photos of him specifically doing something, screengrab or someone/something else that represents the idea that isnt of Jango himself ie - "except it's Jango, and he had both of his blasters out instead of an axe and a sword!" etc.

You're allowed 2 original ideas MAX in one post, and you can "oh yah that's an awesome idea [i]THAT OTHER MEMBER thought of, I LIKE AND SUPPORT THAT!" twice. Anyone who posts a 3rd idea original idea, or keeps flooding the thread with too much banter, Ill block you from further participation.

If you wish to go back and edit your original idea, that's fine, just make note of it somehow… or if you wish to delete a "I LIKE THAT ONE!" comment to comment and like another idea, that's fine too.

The goal of this is to make you REALLY think about what you actually like, and would potentially purchase, and consolidate and organize those thoughts…

Both Jango and Boba doesn't need stupid "action poses" to make them awesome. If done right, both will look kick ass just in standing pose(like the pic) next to each other. And yes, I'd pay for that. IF done right.

I agree. I like the fact that you want to make people think about what they would really like rather than just post up without any thought on the matter. The interaction is a great Idea and can do nothing but further sales and make the people buying the sculpts really happy yo have some input on what they are investing in.

I agree with that. Museum stylish stance with head tilted down a little works well for him. Although it might be cool to have him have one hand on one pistol and the other one brandished.

I probably wouldn't buy a jango PF but I'd just like to thank you for actually asking our opinion on what pose we'd like it's the kind of customer interaction we need more of :thumbs2:

For me the definitive Jango Fett PF would actually be pretty simplistic, not dynamic at all. Guns drawn, arms down at his side in a museum pose reminiscent of an old West gunslinger. To me that's the embodiment of Jango. He is one of the rare characters where I think less is actually more. A stance that says... "go ahead, try me."

I'd honestly probably buy anything though as long as it isn't the same as the Attakus pose - guns drawn, one arm fully extended with the other at his side. That's a great pose and probably his most iconic look (as he draws down on Mace Windu) but it's been done before and as an owner of that piece I'm not looking to add a duplicate of it in 1:4 scale.

Can't find a proper pic, I like the classical cowboy staredown before a gun duel, when each cowboy squares the other with the hand near the holster, ready to draw the gun. I like the tension of the moment and it would be nice to have Jango in that pose with both hands on his sides, one ready to draw each blaster.

Nice picture that was what i was referring to in my post as well. I never found a picture to go with it. One hand drawn one hand on the draw. I love westerns and I agree that high noon drawn down is just a expressively killer pose!

not too sure what to think of the pose just as of yet. if that is the pose he will be in. and with the boosters engaged i wonder if this will be a mid flight pose?

but, i dont ever recall Jango wearing that poncho. only Boba, so thats a bit different. wonder if that will be the EX.
