Unfortunately it's justa repaint of the Clone Lt., a la Koto's original multi-colored line of clones. I thought they'd re-thought that idea....but, yeah thanks for the heads up.
Max. 2 per order...

It looks ridiculous to have the same pose and base for the red and blue troopers considering they both were involved in completely different operations in Episode III.

I'm not real big on the idea of these Clone Troopers being in the same pose. I was hoping that if they did indeed decide to do variants of this mold they would at least give them interchangeable arms with different weapons similar to the Sandtroopers.
Either way these will definitely be worth more than what you pay for them considering their limited run and the overall popularity of the Clones in general.

I like the pose. The repaints are cheap for them to do like this, look what they did with the aotc clone trooper. What did that one have fours variants and all posed the same and highly limited.

I agree with you. Pretty lame from Koto doing this. They did a very good job in the blue one, so why not put even more effort this time and release something totally new(and maybe even better)?

I like the pose too, its just that having more than one version of a Clone Trooper that looks exactly the same except for the paint scheme looks silly, especially if you plan on displaying both. As far as the Koto AOTC Clones go I didn't buy any of those for exactly the same reason.

It's a shame really.....
A good co. appears, now, as if they're trying to take advantage of the buyer. I know, I know, noone has to uy one. But knowing many of their fans are going to be collectors...completists...and/or kids, that are going to be tempted, I'd think they'd at least go through the trouble of making a new piece...pose and all. Smacks of Marvels X-Men/X-Force variant covers, and Sin City's Variant DVD covers.....
The Blue variant in the new pose was a great addition to the std. clone. But they missed on this one.
All of the clones should be able to "interlock" like the Sandtroopers, and all should be designed to assemble 1 dioramam ala the Sandtroopers, so all different colors, and different poses....they did Han and Chewy right, they did the Sandtroopers right...so how do they miss on this one? Funny...sad really...

There's probably more. If you go to your cart and try to put more than 2, it automatically adjusts to 2, since it's their limit per customer, not stock. When there's no limit per customer and you try to place as many as possible in your cart, then the red words appears on the top saying how many is left and that shows in your cart.

Funny it's how they let you order more than 2, if you do 2 separate orders. I ordered 4 this way. Will keep 2 and give 2 to my brother. Are they going to ship me all 4? Never ordered more than the "customer limit" before...

Yeah I agree. Once mine is open and out of the box it gets stored away so who cares what it looks like. I happen to think the red look is rather appropriate too considering the Shock Trooper has red markings and ROTS seems to have a red theme with Mustufar's lava and Sith being in the title.
