This is the second Tweeterhead piece we've brought to our customers. The previous one was Kimba the Witch, it was very impressive and quite refreshing to have something other than comic book figures. Now with the Elvira - Mistress of the Dark, Tweeterhead really KNOCKED it out of the park! If they continue to crank out great stuff like this, they are on their way to become a force to be reckoned with in the collectible world.
The sculpting is exceptional. There is no mistake this is the Elvira played by the lovely Cassandra Peterson. Her seductive (yet slightly evil) grin and signature curvaceous body are well captured. All the details are very well done, from complicated hair to the tinny knots on the whip. Did I mention the little dagger hanging under her chest is made of real Swarovski crystal? It's simply beautiful! The paint is clean and sharp, very very little bleed around the edges (there is not much color variation to boast about, but that's just Elvira's style). I do think the paint around the eye area may use some refinement, but what we have right now works and overall it's a very good looking piece.
