1/6 Joker Headsculpt.

Hi Bobby I am a fan of your work and in particular your 1/6 Joker Headsculpt, so I was wondering if I could ask some questions about it. I apologise if these questions have been asked and or answered elsewhere, The first is, what material is the head made from and is it possible to buy this material? I also wanted to know what molding techniques were used to create the head and how did you attach it to the Hot Toys body? Also is there some source material you could point me towards to achieve the incredible likeness that you have?
Finally I would like to say thanks in advance for any advice you could give.
