Size: 36 x 24
Colors: 3-4
Edition Size: 70
Variant: Unlikely, but Hellboy & FROBAY reserve the option to add one.
Price: $90
Poster Tube Fee: $5
Domestic Shipping: $20 Flat Fee
International Shipping: TBD based on location



Drop/Sign up information:

Spots in this group commission will be filled similar to normal poster print drops.
A specific drop time will be announced here (actual time still TBD.)
Forum members will be able to sign up by simply posting their name in this thread after the designated time has started.
Payment info will be sent to those who posted their name before we sell out.
A list of alternates will be generated from those who post after the sell out.
Your print will only be 100% secured once payment has been received.
If payment is not received in the allotted time frame your spot will be forfeit and we will move to the alternate list.
International buyers will pay the same $90(print)+$5(tube)+$20(shipping) with the difference in shipping to be billed later.
Alex will be posting as he sees fit with progress pics.
Progress pics as well as drop time info will be posted in this thread as well as added to this post.

Drop time will be on Monday April 6th @ 5pm PST.
At that time simply post ONLY your forum name in this thread, or if you wish to stay anonymous simply PM me.
I WILL NOT be posting here when the drop goes live. The time posted above is the official drop time. Any forum name posts before that time will be disregarded.
I will post in this thread once we have sold out and have an adequate list of alternates.
Availability is limited and spots will be filled based on the time you post here or when your PM is sent.
I would prefer you post here rather than PM me (as not to fill up my inbox) but will accept either as they're both time stamped.
In the event of a PM being time stamped the same time as a post here the thread post will take priority should this occur at the cutoff.
Those that make the cut will receive a PM from me with payment instructions a few days after the drop. I will post in this thread once those messages have been sent out.

ALTERNATE LIST INFO:

Those that don't make the cut will be added to the alternate list and will be contacted should I not receive payments when they're due.
Messages WILL NOT be sent to those that didn't make the cut nor will I be making the alternate list public.

I was promised off-line in no uncertain terms that we were doing a "Pretty Woman" print next. That people refuse to abide by their word is beyond me. So I'm experimenting with a new approach to my linework. This is a really rough example of elements from the past inked with a lighter color and the future with a darker one. Some imagery I'd like cut up showing the past and present.

I wasn't knocking or complaining about anything, just pointing out how much love for this piece and the artist is getting due to the previous commissions by Frobay and Hellboy! 3 successful commissions from them 2 guys alone, that's more than many of the other groups imo.

No chance it will ever get that high. I doubt at anytime we will ever break 100. I don't see us doing even doing that many. Commissions are meant to be low numbers. I personally, have never been in one that was more than 75 prints.

As for being "private for forum members only." It's "private" only in the sense that both GotG and The Avengers were run through SF, the group itself was never deemed exclusive to forum members only. X-Men: DOFP will be no different.

Speaking for myself -- if this member has been banned from SF or is otherwise unwelcome here due to his/her conduct (and thus why they did not just make their own account), I would imagine the powers that be (especially the grand poo-ba) would not want them participating in an exclusive whose genesis is through SF

I post WIPs for your enjoyment, not for voting. I welcome productive feedback and opinions! I'm not one of those artists who get offended by it. I stare at this work for 10+ hours a day and sometimes I glaze over or miss things :banghead: and your fresh eyes are extremely helpful. So please don't be afraid to join the process.
