Hey, figured we'd start a wish list and just post our most desired characters. So maybe list your top 5 wanted characters. I know XM is great at listening to its fans, and I'm sure they have the first handful picked out, but maybe this will help them decide down the road.

I actually love it, I'm just too poor right now. Haha. The only thing I didn't like is the pose, I wish I was him standing straight up, but looking down. Because he was giant in the show!

Darth Revan and Talon would be awesome. I agree with the no EU, but maybe Disney will let them back log since their new. I'm sick of the storm troopers as well.

If EU were possible, which I doubt, would love to see a Mara Jade. So ticked that SS never produced one after teasing it for years. The only other EU character I'd want would be Satele Shan, Xizor and the Solo twins.

Really, there's so many characters that it makes it hard as hell to decide which ones you would really want done first. I'd love it if XM would and could recreate this exact scene with two 1/4 pieces. I swear it would be all I'd want.

I love the SS Mythos concept. Snapshots of characters outside the regular movie context.

1. Greedo shining his blaster.

2. Bossk on a hunt. Feral. Crouched down all lizard- like with woodie braids tied to his belt.

3. Vader, battle damaged, looking at his mech arm that has been sliced open in battle. His damaged arm fist-clenched in front of him. A moment of reflection.

4. Luke in his trial on dagobah, crouched down holding the smoking helmet of Vader, looking into his own eyes.

EU exists as "Legacy," so no one is off the table realistically. It's just that Disney wants to push their own agenda, so classic EU characters are on hold while JJ and The Mouse cherry pick what all they want for the new movies and have all collectibles released for those first.

So we could get a Mara Jade sooner than later if she's used for the movies - but it'll be the redux movie version of her. Or we could get the original EU Mara Jade that we've all come to love over the years if she isn't picked up for the movies, but that would more than likely come much later after the new movies are rolled out over the next 9 years

Stand alone character, Grievous. Other than that, I'd love to see dioramas. Either simpler ones or something majestic like the Alliance diorama. Oh, and a Rancor maquette.

If EU is allowed, then Darth Sion and Darth Nihilus for sure. Darth Malak too. Mandalore. HK47. Friggin' Calo Nord.

Oh, and whatever badass vehicle they'll make, if they make them.

Top 5 which includes EU characters since this is a wish list.

1. Jedi Luke - I'll probably just get the eventual Hot Toys version but I'm still curious what XM could do.

2. Aayla - More action pose compared to the Sideshow version.

3. Luke vs Vader (Return of the Jedi) - If XM does dioramas, I would like to see this scene. I've been waiting on it from Sideshow and don't think it will happen anymore...

4. Slave Leia - Something a bit more action like and not just posed like she's with Jabba.

5. Mara - EU and the ultimate wish since Sideshow couldn't get Adam Hughes and their version out fast enough.

I can't find the link anymore, but I remember Mara Jade and Vader were the top two picks. And then there was a mix of classic and EU characters after, including Obi Wan, Luke, Starkiller, and Revan...

I'm excited for rogue one because ever since I watched Star Wars, i wondered why they hadn't focused more on the military. (Rebel forces vs troopers.). That's why the clone wars cartoon and the story rumors for ep7 and rogue one excite me so much.

Yeah, I voted for Starkiller on that poll (along with Vader, Boba and Yoda, so half win for me) but I didn't vote for him here because I know it's unlikely to happen anytime soon.

Unless, like stated before, Disney incorporates some of the EU ideas into their new version. Mara Jade and other EU characters might just appear on the big screen in one way or another. I can hear the cries of "Disney butchered her/him" already...

I wonder what their opinion of him will be if he's referenced, being that it has to be well known that he convinced the senate to give Palpatine power which made it that much easier to kick start years of oppression, destruction and death. They would have to regard him as a historical idiot. Kinda sad since he had no clue.

Like I know I'd want Vader to come with an ignited saber and non-ignited one, and I would want be to able to put the non-ignited in his hand and on his belt. If enough people said the same thing, then at least XM could figure it in to their designs for Disney, right?

I would have placed Ahsoka on my list as #6. But even then I consider Sideshow's Shaak Ti PF kind of an adult Ahsoka.

This is a good idea. I don't think it's been attempted yet. I wouldn't be surprised if XM does it since their statues have so many different pose options.

I actually prefer XM to come up with their own designs excluding us at first. Then if its approved by Disney, then they can get feedback from us. XM was the one who plunkered down the money for the license and I am willing to give them the respect of coming up with the AD then spreading it to the masses. If some don't like it, then you can express why and what you may hope to see.

Now if I put my hard earned money towards the license then I would want to be in on the initial designs and what not.

I just saw XM's Punisher and if they are doing vehicles now then I would like to see Luke and Leia on the Speederbike. Or even just Luke with ignited lightsaber on the Speederbike.

I concur, I have always been very surprised by XM's own ideas and very impressed by the resulting concepts. So I would like to see their proposals. Although if they are looking for ideas i.e. when they have asked for submissions in the past I would entertain that as well. Some people may have great ideas. I dont think it would interfere with their creative process.

I didnt envision Punisher being placed on a bike but they did it...hopefully they do the same with GR and they will look sick side by side.

I think you guys are looking at the notion of recommending ideas to XM a bit differently than I am.

I'm not saying we should design the entire figure (pose, clothing, facial expressions, etc), but we should note certain things that only super fans would know to include with certain statues that they wouldn't know otherwise.

For example, what if a lot of fans wanted a Dantooine Luke to come with a teal colored saber and not blue so it matched how the color looked in the first movie? How would XM know that? What if fans wanted to take Sideshow's Vader design and make sure that his base was painted red/orange to represent Bespin instead of the bluish 3rd Death Star they're doing? How about Jedi Knight Luke having a pointy wizards robe like in the 2 second clip we see of him when he's boarding shuttle Tydirium?

Again, it's not a thread to derail anything XM would do/is doing, but we should be allowed to give them ideas on what fans would like to see so they can be incorporated before a mock-up is created is all I'm thinking.
