Was contacted by a forum member about fixing up a OOAK they had commissioned and weren't really happy with.

Sculpted a new head, sculpted new back anatomy, took about an inch out of her legs, sculpted a new weapon, fixed cracks and repainted the whole thing (except her dress).

awesome work man, I really like the revisions you made. that's a very interesting use of legos, never thought to try that. how was it working with clear resin?

Yeah I bought a massive box of Lego off eBay years ago and have been using to make mood boxes ever since.
I got the idea after going through some Japanese sculptors blogs.
Man you'd be amazed how much new Lego costs and you can't even buy just blocks anymore..
If you cast your own stuff, I'd definitely recommend it.

Working with a clear resin was a pain!
It has to be kept above 20°C for more than eight hours to fully cure otherwise stays soft for ever..

This was a really challenging project.

RGM did this for me and I have to say I am EXTREMELY happy with his work, especially considering it was on a messed up sculpt with apparently poor materials. The original commission was nothing short of a nightmare that I thoroughly regret doing it but RGM has been really damn great.
