Within the next few hours it's starting up in Japan so expect a huge surge of new announcements for anime figures. I'll try to periodically update this thread with pictures, but I would greatly appreciate it if others helped.

Also please comment on stuff you like or hope to see or something. It makes me sad how dead the anime board here is so I made this thread hoping it would stir up some activity.

Well it's Megahouse. Disappointment is all they can do. I think their Dragon's Crown line is the only time they've actually impressed.

Yeah they're great :laugh: Every now and then I hear VF brought up these days. Plus, Sega said they want to start pumping out games again like they used to. I think the time might be right for a new VF.

Well I think I'm just about done. There's a lot of stuff and I only posted a very small percentage of it. Doesn't seem to have gotten much interest, but I hope those of you who looked through the thread enjoyed what you saw.

There's a ton of anime stuff I missed out on I'd like to see more of released - claymore, HOTD, gantz. I guess they are long done with those series though.

If Gantz is what you want you may want to try tracking down Art of War's Gantz statues. They binned really hard and could be gotten for deep discounts a couple years back. Not sure if they finally rose in price though.

But yeah I don't see those licenses getting merch anymore.

Eva? Not sure. I mean at this point is there even anything you can do with 01? It's gotten so many figures over the years I'm not sure what else they could do with it.

There was a really rad looking Eva garage kit though.

Thanks for the gantz tip. Will look into those. Sadly I wasn't too impressed by what came out from HOTD and as much as I love claymore the sole figure that came out is pricey as hell now. On my get to list. But kind of feel like those funds are better funneled into kancolle right now.

There was a time when I got super excited over WonFes2015 but my interests shifted. Now my favourite Japanese properties are either too old or too obscure.

The Berserk statues from other companies are exciting. At least up until the price reveal :laugh:
