Yes, with weathering effect. Initially, it will come with some "surprise" but too bad, marvel doesn't approve it.

Its hard enough for us in the US to get their product.

It is deal with license IA have. Bare in mind, some other company owned the Intl license. It is just as same as Asian trying to get other brand exclusive product. They have to pay high shipping fee, high import tax, GST, and etc.

Of course, we hope one day IA can get Intl license and sell their product worldwide

I guess you misunderstood me. The 1st base is just starting to hit collectors as we speak, my piece preordered many months ago is in route to US from overseas so it will still not be in my hands for a few weeks yet another option is released for the same exact statue before the initial ones have been received! And as it is very hard to aquire here in US.

That is tricky business in my eyes it should have been offered as an exclusive or as an add on for an additional cost for which I would have been more than happy to pay back when it was up for original preorder. Since it is the same statue with spray on snow I am sure it was alloted at the factory during the original amount of units, that is my point.

Man this statue is on another level - the sculpt/pose, paint app, battle damage (best i have seen), realistic snow effect, overall quality (fittings, packaging, lightup, perfect chin), etc.. are all perfection.

By far my favorite 1/4 iron man out of the top 4 - xm, iron studio, old ss maquette.

IA really knows how to do iron man. So happy how it turned out!

the paint looks ace but I think they overdid the snow effect on his feet...almost looks like white booties.

I've already got 2 statues with this armour (SS and IS) so it was a pass for me. But, I look very forward to whatever else this company has in store for us.

lol mine does look like he stepped in a few feet of snow. It's difficult to show in the photos, but the snow effect is not painted on, they are actually fake snow flakes that are glued on, so in person it looks fine as both the base and his feet has the same 3d snow effect.

It can also be easily reduced by wiping it off since they are just glued on flakes, but it doesn't bother me at all.

For those of you complaining about the snow on the boots, take a look at the photos below after the fix ;)

It's really easy to do, as i said the snow are actual fake snow flakes stuck on the boots, all it need to be done is take a hard brush and goto work.

You can remove as much as you want to a level you like. I think IA is also changing it on the factory side as well so it doesn't put as much snow. No more snow boots lol...

The perfect iron man :) especially like this pose i have in the photo below, everytime i look at this it bring a smile to my face, the amount of details and craftsmanship is so good!

secret compass is horrible for those oversea preorders, i give up and lost both deposits on their xm preorders because the shipping charges were insane (they dont tell you at time of preorder). never again

i preordered mine from a us seller on ebay, it was painless, got it via fedex in a few days after it was released.

Just get one of those hard dishwasher sponges, wet it slightly (to avoid having the snake flakes all over the place), and start brush on the feet. It will not damage the feet paint (seem to be very solidly painted), and the snow flakes will come off easy,

Just make sure you dont brush off too much, do a little then look to make sure it's what you want. I kinda regret brushing it off too much snow flakes, wanted to leave a bit more on the feet.

When i called Secret compass to ask when this was shipping because it said feb 2016 on their site and we were in july but they had no clue it actually said feb 16, it was at that point i decided against actually buying it. I dont think even secret compass has heard anything from IA about this, i think you should ask fro your deposit back.

When did you receive yours? They took my pre-order back in December last year and I haven't heard anything since. I did send them a second email a few days ago about this. They never responded to my first, but hope to get some sort of reply this time. Even if it means simply getting my deposit back if they can't get anymore.

Not looking good at getting my order fulfilled at this point though.

I received mine back around the middle of August, but I ordered via my regular and very reliable 3rd party contact. Upon inspection I worked with him/IA to request some replacement parts (Head/Body) since there were various issues. This was right around the time of STGCC and the other conventions, so they're suppose to send me a replacement once they get settled.

I can only assume the reason you most of you haven't received yours yet is IA is probably working out some of these QC issues.

Here's everything that was wrong with mine.

Head lighting. If the head was properly flushed with the body, then it would not light up.

Issues with the way the eyes were cut/installed. No clue what happened here but it was extremely noticeable.

Oh, I was thinking you ordered yours from Secret Compass too which is why I wondered when you received yours. Still waiting for a reply from them via email, but I will probably try to call them this week if I can find the time during work hours which isn't easy for me.

I still very much want this statue, but if they aren't going to be able to fulfill my order in the foreseeable future (or if they simply don't know), then I would probably be better off getting my deposit back and not have the balance due hanging over my head as an unknown. There are lots of other statues coming out I could shift the funding to (probably not through SC again however).
