That's why you're not actually paying $900 for a statue anymore. Portrait looks like it's made out of PVC. Tbh that's how it should be. Polystone will never get this dead accurate. Well done.

it's kind of a win win cause ppl that cant afford the full thing can have these. It also gives ppl the chance to trade others for heads they either don't want or never use. I more then pleased with the heads that come with the statues.

Well, since these switch out portraits ain't gonna be in 1:1 scale, there isn't much meaning in purchasing them unless you own the AK statue.

I see this line as accompany to the main statue

Polystone is a form of resin I believe.

Sure I will buy if the price is reasonable but feel a little cheated. It is what it is i guess but IMO this is the best batman which is why I bought it.

Can you imagine the ---- that we would give sideshow if they were doing this? The key here is that you don't NEED to purchase it. Your AK Bats will be fine as it is but at least this is an option for those that feel that their Batman statue that is set on top of a building "needs" to be unmasked for the world to see his secret identity.

I think at $900 and 1/3 scale, Prime 1 offers a good value for the full statue. Of course, there are people that want more but want the price to stay low. Either that or they don't understand that an unmasked portrait for Batman is not really a must on the context of the statue. It's a "nice" option separately that probably helps them gauge interest on future unmasked portraits to be included.

In contrast, there was a commission for a 1/4 Lobo PF flip finger hand for $100.

Well think of it as an alternative. Yes yes it should have came with the statue, and I have mentioned so many times already. But what if the one you got from the statue is broken by your hand or defected? Where you going to get a replacement? Here is the perfect option for you. Hopefully P1 doesn't do a lousy production piece. I feel like the TF busts aren't that detailed if you look closely. But looking really good so far. This Bruce head is a must. I see it now it's only a tiny skin imperfection? I was expecting a damage part of the mask and face beat up more on one side.

The AK Bats is the Ultimate Batman piece (for now). Cant wait for the Miller, Lee, Keaton and the Beyond versions.
