Yeppers. Groot pose should be showcasing his height.

Just concept art I know, but maybe too much "base" in both?

Woot woot. Really liking Starlord. XM design will nail his design with various textures. And I hope Groot stands up some more so we can see the intricate work that will for sure go into that piece. Plus with Gamora being shorter and Starlord crouching, height variations will be a nice touch to the dio-thats-not-a-dio ;)

Whoa this just came to me -- is this the NEW Guardians line-up with Angela?! Or is our only lady Gamora?

I'm actually proud of myself for the restraint I've shown thus far. I only have 2 PO's with SS and am planning to get a couple XM pieces this year.

I'm only "on the list" for 2 XM pieces but it is getting increasingly difficult to resist. Especially if we are getting into more cosmic characters and X-Men villains. Then I am going to have to make some tough choices and have some conversations with the wife lol

I hear you. So far my only "Must haves" from XM are Captain America, Cable and Winter Soldier. Those are my top characters. So I am saving my pennies and resisting other things that I might normally have gone after.

ermuhgod - Jones, a few days ago when I declared I'd sell my DC goods and Sideshow PF's just to collect Sentinel Dioramas and Marvel Cosmic, I didn't think just a few days later XM would start rolling out Cosmic concepts.

I think the good thing with these XM sneaks is that we have QUITE a while before they are up for PO, from the various overseas contacts that is. That's the only way I can get any is saving in the interim. I have no problems POing XM products based on sketches or WIP's because when they are finally shipped every piece has looked amazing. (well except Hulk. I don't count him)
