Just teased on FB that they are getting the license for Blizzard stuff. Insane. Didn't think they were doing pieces elsewhere and keeping it in house. Maybe they realized it was too hard. Either way, crazy.

Let's see if it takes six months to see something.

That's huge news and I sure didn't see that coming. Like you, I thought they were going to keep things in house after the Sideshow license expired.

I don't even know where to begin. So many characters I'd like to see get made.

I'm right there with you silverine. Blizzard is my most wanted...but I don't want some plain museum type poses for Warcraft characters.

I am in for the 1/4...and I sure hope they do dynamic poses for their characters. They don't have to get crazy per se...just give them some life!

I do have my doubts about Prime 1 having all these licenses and doing something significant with all of them.

I am definitely interested in their GI Joe 1/4, select Marvel 1/4 (depending on how good they are), and definitely 1/4 Blizzard characters. DC 1/4....well...that's a wait and see for me....as well as Magic the Gathering.

As of now though...it's going to be mighty hard to shake me out of my XM exclusivity as far as buying statues from other companies go.

Considering the phrasing in their announcement and the image used in the teaser, something like that might actually be a reality.

Besides the Game of Thrones reference, they could definitely be hinting at something related to Northrend, The Frozen Throne, and Arthas himself.

Does this seem odd to anyone that if you look this news up on the internet/P1S facebook, you end up finding nothing at all?
Prime 1 has apparently took their announcement down, which makes me wonder if there is genuinely something in development behind the scene, or there have been complications in acquiring Blizzard license.

Wouldn't surprise me if they ran into issues, decided to wait until Blizzcon, or that they don't want another license waiting for nine months before showing even the slightest picture beyond a damn logo!

I believe some of the Sideshow guys and Jerry from PCS has said as much on this forum alone. The miniatures game cancellation, the figure line from DC cancellation, et al. Seems there were lots of similar stories flowing out at the times they ended.
