I was waiting to see this one. I'm a fan of the costume but there's not enough difference for me between this and the knight batman to justify another purchase. Not sure I'm digging the face sculpt, would like to have seen a bit more anger from the origins version.

This is my favourite version of the character throughout the Arkham series. This was also my most anticipated piece after seeing P1 kill it with the Noel and Deathstroke pieces in this line. I am disappointed all around. The mundane to awkward pose and portrait are a let down as it the removal of the angel from the base in favour of yet another Bat-gargoyle.

I went from assuming a blind buy to a tentative no pending solicits. :(

In a way I like him more then the Noel and the AK however base wise the noel is way better fit for deathstroke hell even without deathstroke the base is better

Does this piece come with accessories? It doesn't seem to be as complicated a suit as the beyond Batman but it's more than double the price? What am I missing with this piece?

Edit: i understand raising the price if it's really limited to cover costs but that just seems a large jump.

I see absolutely no reason why the AO Bats will be priced 2000 usd, just like their Legendary scale line. It's not 1/2 scale, it's not even taller and bulkier than the Bane statue who comes in reasonable 1000 USD.

I don't believe this is a legit update on the pricetag, 1000 USD for Miller is a possibility, yeah and maybe for AO

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with Wonder Woman? I frikkin love the character...but when I see a lack of anything with her in the collectible hobby of ours...I tend to start thinking something is wrong with me. :sly2:

even if its ES of 50 I cant imagine some 1 would say yea I will buy this for 2k with Noel AK bats or even the Miller and the future Jim Lee

I told a SS rep at the booth this morning that they have the prices switched on this piece and the 1:2 scale Batfleck. He laughed it off, said "I'm not surprised", but made no move to fix it. If it isn't fixed by this afternoon, I'll do it myself.

I finaly Know why I am not feeling AO batman as companion piece for Deathstroke its the base! I mean all is the same theme even the offhand with deathstrokes mask whats the same theme as Deathstroke EX but that base, the angel from noel is way better for this one!

This one is a rare misstep for prime1 - pose is way too static, cape looks too toy like and this portrait does not work with the pose at all

I guess I'm in the minority on this, but I like it. Not sure why all the fuss about the pose, pretty much just like the Arkham Knight version and many seemed to like that one. Must just depend on which version of batsuit people like best. Personally, I can't stand the Iron-(bat)-man AK suit. The AC suit is my favorite, best mix of classic and "realistic". But I really like this one too. It really compliments Deathstroke. They both have a military body armor look to them, and they're holding each others masks - cool! Looking at these always reminds me of the Batman vs Deathstroke trailer for AO. For those who haven't seen it:
