Gaming heads Daedric armor statue (Elder scrolls V Skyrim)

Ok so I just realised that the daedric armor statue didn't have its own thread. Now it does.
You guys probably have seen these but I had to add some pictures:
Both exclusive and regular comes with red led lights inside the statue. However the exclusive comes with a second head and an extra shield.

Exclusive still in stock at Gaming heads store.
The regular was available from the Bethesda store (now sold-out), still in stock at many retailers.
Now expected to ship Q4 2016.

I pre-ordered my regular from Hobby-Galaxy, was 295 USD plus they ship to Canada at a fair price.

I think this statue was pretty much awaited from Elder Scrolls fans.
I am glad I got mine, can't wait to see how it will look with these lights on.
My only complain is the base, not sure I like it. And the exclusive head...not sure neither. I think I just don't like elder faces. I would give anything for a kajiit!

Update: I asked Gaming Heads if the statue was delayed and they told me ''this statue has encountered a slight delay due to production issues which needed revisions made to the original prototype/sample. For now, we are expecting this to be ready for shipment around the beginning of next year. Best regards''
Which I expected.
As long as it looks nice in the end and it does not take 2 years before we get it...

Delayed once again. Now expected for april-may. Once GH will be done with Lara, the Nord and Mordin the daedric armor should get more attention in the factories :)

I am really looking forward to this one. Skyrim being one of my favorite games, the sight of this statue takes me right back to my character in Daedric armor. I hope it ships soon.

This is why i never PO from Gamingheads as things just take forever and unlike PCS i can't trust Gamingheads QC...

Still waiting on any updates for Iron Bull from Dragon Age which went up for order in May of 2016 and has no signs of even making it this year....

Then add to that something like Raziel, went up for PO Feb 2017 and is being reworked, hasn't been seen since, has had the price go up with no explanation and again doesn't look like it'll be seen any time soon...

I like the licenses GamingHeads has and usually the stuff come out looking ok but when they are doing stuff like the Deathclaw for a $1000 you really need to step up....

The only thing I have from Gaming Heads is Mass Effect Tali....I know the first wave had problems but mine came out fine. This is the only Elder Scrolls one I plan on getting. It was my favorite armor. The glass is pretty cool too I guess.

Eric Gaming Heads said they're now loading onto the containers in China and should arrive in mid-august. It's been three years but hey, it's finally there.

At least with GH I know the statue will be out at some point....unlike Project triforce, I don't know what the hell they're doing lately with AC Jacob frye

I just unboxed mine and I think it looks really good. Was hoping the weapons would be metal but overall pleased.

So these finally shipped?

I put in a pre-order in 2016 and backed out sometime in 2018 after the forth or fifth delay. I had fears the company was going under, particularly as they kept showing 'update' progress pics on their official Facebook page (showing completed sculpts that 'only needed paint', yet it would be another two years before the statues would ship, apparently).

It seemed a huge red flag that these things were 2-3 years behind schedule, so I'm glad the people who stuck with it finally got their statues. Incidentally, if you look on Gaming Heads' website and look at the product page for the daedric statue, there are some Facebook comments from six months ago (i.e. end of 2019) asking for refunds because the statues still hadn't shipped and apparently Bethesda cancelled existing pre-orders for some reason.

I'd still like to get my hands on one, although I suppose that only leaves the used market. If anyone is interested in selling or downsizing, just PM me. Happy to pay fair prices now that the daedric statues finally made it into the wild.
