Yabadabadoo!!!! Knowing that this is in development nicely finishes odd a pretty good year for me!

I had a feeling the first Ridley we got would be based on Metroid Prime's Meta Ridley which is just fine for me. Just so long as we eventually get a Super Metroid/Zero Mission Ridley that is flesh and blood in a completely different pose I will be set for life when it comes to Metroid. Well after the 1/4 Fusion Suit.

-Meta Ridley is a "long a$$ time away" and may be revealed in 2018 depending on approvals.

-Most likely will be priced higher than Bowser.

I'm all for it and I can wait. Just so long as it looks like that Prime art in 3D I will be extremely happy.

Here is the physical render as apposed to just the computer generated one. Looks just like the art work so far and thats all I could ask for.

Look at the hand for scale. Bigger than Link on Loftwing and Bowser. I'll get Ridley a pedestal.

I wouldn't know but if we take into consideration Link on Loftwing, the Arwing or Sonic & Tails on the Tornado the rod is probably one of the better supports to actually have Ridley in that pose.

I believe this pose is ripped from the official Metroid Prime artwork. How do other statues show characters in mid air beyond clouds? Don't think clouds would fit with Ridley.

I was actually expecting it to be a little more expensive so I am pleasantly surprised. Even with the stand this is much better looking than I imagined.
