I'm having a love hate moment right now. I love the fact that she looks like a very convincing warrior, based on her armour and facial expression! But she's also ugly as sin - which, to be fair, rage is never a good look!

I have the first Shard, so I'm not against getting this - I guess it will come down to price!

I wholeheartedly disagree about this being an 'ugly' portrait.

It's an emotional expression on an extremely beautiful face, and i am so welcoming of the 'life' it brings to the moments the characters are displaying.

Whenever i walk into my room now and see the new Kier piece, I always am taken aback by how powerful it is.

Someone asked about Shieve and Faith Bearer Shard in the ask thread recently and Alex had this to say about both of them.

As of right now that piece is not moving forward as a product. Unfortunately I do not have info as to why it has been removed from being produced.

It's been passed along to many Court team members (including Tom) that fans are hoping that both Shieve and other Shard piece will become a produced product.

Hey I'm one of the people who keeps asking about this figure because Shard is one of my favorite characters and i love this piece, i already have the heavy metal art print with her dressed like this, when Alex answered the questions he said Sheive wasn't bring made at this time, but he answered slightly different about Shard I think, I'm hoping after the first one sells out that this one is gonna be made, I think 3000 on the first one was maybe too many, but I think 500 to 1000 of the second one would sell, if they do make it and do a killer exclusive I'll buy 2, I'm glad there's other people who like it as well, I have read on here from longtime collectors that sideshow does listen to its fans, I hope this is true

This Shard being cancelled (or fake cancelled until the other sells out) made me pause on this whole line. I have Shard and the variant Shard plus four more CotD pieces and three framed prints. That’s it for me unless they bring it back or give a valid reason why. I vote with my wallet, for what that’s worth...

I was 50/50 on this when they first showed it, but more I look at it the more I like the portrait. I didnt get the new Kier because I have the original and like it more, but i like this Shard more than the original (armor wise) and would like to get it if they ever make it.

I would love for them to release her, she's amazing.

That said, the original Shard is still available for order 2 years after she first shipped(Mine shipped of Feb 3rd, 2017). Either the edition size(3000) was too large, or she simply isn't popular as a character for collectors.

Maybe fans of the horror aspect of the Court of the Dead are not interested in a human character.

I'm a fan of the original and of this one, so I don't know.

I felt the same way although I still pre ordered Poxxil because hes cool, but hopefully the Court Team reads these post because apparently there are a few of us who love this piece including people who like history based stuff and not necessarily COTD, the Variant Shard only lasted a couple hours when it was released, so I'm thinking a 500 edition size on this piece will sell easily and the figure has already been sculpted, will definitely lift my spirits on the Court to see this awesome statue brought back
