What Should The Next Batman Related PF Be?

Okay So I made a list, Basically picked the more interesting, and maybe some not so interesting, family members left and classic villains.

So vote, what would you like to see next. It's one vote so pick the one you want to see most. I'm hoping Igo will see this and maybe beg or plead with who ever makes the decision to get that one out first...unlikely? Maybe, but it's better to try.

Yeah the Deathstroke that is coming is very disappointing for me. Black Mask, Professor Pyg, Talon and Talia Al Gul could all be possible buys for me along with most of this list.

Black mask was bumped by Man-Bat and Talia was bumped by Ras, as for mMorrison era and beyond I was going classic only, and I also have very little love for them.

Didn't Jim Lee release a Nightwing smaller scale statue of his own design? Not to mention P1 with their Arkham 1/3? Truly surprised at the amount of interest in this guy considering the options already out there are sucking wind unless people are looking for that perfect statue which means another slow sell if there was this. I could be wrong though...

In case you're wondering I chose Azrael but with the condition that it is the one from the Arkham line cuz I think that is an epic design. And yes, that probably would be a slow seller too. :tumblew:

If a certain company continues to bypass "demanded" characters, as this thread would imply, what stops one from jumping on a commission? As a collector is there a difference to you whether its licensed or not? Are you collecting the character(s) or the company's product?

At the trending price increase youre not far off and youre guaranteed a low ES.

Well if I'm being perfectly honest it's because 9 times out of 10 the customs aren't worth it. For as much as people complain about Sideshow and other companies at least their sculpts look professional, and for as many times as people complain about their paint I've seen customs with far worse.

Sure there are gems, but I've seen way too many that had no business being made and that makes it not worth it.

I personally am not interested in customs. I like my stuff licensed and customs are usually double the price of a PF.
Very few customs guys out there know how to sculpt muscles and the ones that do charge a bomb as they should.

Well I have an obsession with all things Batman but the reason I want Nightwing is because A.) Lack of Hero Statues in this line, B.) He's the original Sidekick turned his own hero, C.) He's a badass, D.) He's also the original leader of the Teen Titans, E.) There are so very few awesome statues of Nightwing, F.)I've always felt the Modern Costume was simple yet awesome looking and finally G.) He's on my list and I need him.

Agreed, still prefer her as either Black Bat or Batgirl rather than Orphan though. Really wish they'd just give her a simple make over ala Red Robin or Nightwing.

I'd like to see her character's specialties 'repaired' first. This 52 Cass is below average compared to the other bat family members. She has the same difficulties as her pre-flashpoint but now she doesn't maintain the extraordinary strengths either.

I never found Cassandra 'overrpowered' to begin with. She was behind in the technical, detective, and the social skills compared to the rest of the Bat Family. However, in the fighting department, she excelled at it due to the sacrificing other skills in order to get to where she is.

That was the appeal to Cassandra Cain and why she was (and still is) my favorite heroine. How she coped with both her strengths and difficulties.

At the moment, no writer at DC understands her character.

two face is totally up sideshows alley - it combines two of their greatest strengths. gruesome grotesque sculpts with mixed media, it needs to happen!

The problem I've always had with Two Face is that he's a pretty simplistic statue. Even the Prime 1 version which is admittedly a much more detailed iteration of the character (from the games) is kind of... simple comparatively to the other characters like Freeze.

When i think about it 2face is one of my top 3 batman villains. I'd be satisfied in terms of bat villains with just Bane, 2face and scarecrow. riddler as an honorable mention, love him in the gotham tv show.

Great point and the DC Icons has nothing of the classic look left, along with the Kotobukiya statue.

Interestingly enough neither are holding guns either but rather swords just like SSC's. It must be the "look" DC desires for the character moving forward.

Oh was that post above the rebirth? Wow, I should probably pick up Tom King's book. I wasn't sure if it was good or not because not all Bat Books are created equal. I really enjoyed what they were doing with All Star and hope they start doing the "Tales of the Dark knight" style one shots again.

Yep, I've been reading Detective Comics which has been really good. I still read Batman too, but I think Detective is better.
