On Sideshow Freaks member Racetrack posted a thread that Susan stated Ahsoka Tano statue was in the works. SSC has no other statue line for
Star Wars, so if the information is correct would have to be a Pf.

That was me and yes she said it about 3 weeks ago. I had hoped it would be revealed at NYCC. Maybe Spook or 12 Days?

I watch that live stream as good as every week.. and I am all ears about SW Statues.. never heard that been said by Susan .. but I hope I just overheard it..

possibly one of the only other females aside from psylocke and x-23 i would maybe pick up. shes a badass with those duel sabres, would love a general skywalker and kenobi to go with her though :praying:

Been waiting 11 years for a Gen Kenobi. Once I bought my GG statue, I so wanted a 1/4 statues of him, with a sculpted cape.

Yes. I believe it was the week before NYCC toward the end during the Q&A's. I asked in chat and she was excited as she also loves Ahsoka.

Hopefully Sideshow Alex can confirm.

Only on the animated which is some of the best star wars since the original trilogy. Don't let animated throw you off. And she has become pretty popular for good reason. I would buy her hands down. And yeah a clone wars era Anakin and Obi Wan to go with her would be awesome!

Exactly. It's also funny when they first introduced her people hated her, myself included, saying she was only put in there for little girls but with each passing season and with great writing and voice acting those same fans started to love the character. By the end of Clone Wars some people would even say she is their favourite character in all of Star Wars. She's in my top 5 without a doubt.

she was kind of annoying in the clone wars movie but became a total bad ass

I really hope they do the Star Wars Rebels version with the white lightsabers. I would love if this was 1/5 and was part of the Mythos line.

I hope its true. While I love The Clone Wars, I think her Rebels design would work better for a statue.

The only let down is that a TCW version would go better with a possible Anakin or Obi-Wan. But you can always display her with Vader :)

I really hope they don't do a Rebels version. I want the real Ahsoka. The one that was a main character of a beloved show for 6 seasons. Not the partially redesigned, horse-faced version from a few episodes of the sub-par rebels series.

They took all personality out of her face, changed her headtail/lekku patterns for no reason and dumbed down her outfit. I think the white/silver lightsabers are a bit on the nose and unnecessary as well.

It would be such an injustice to produce a statue of her and not use her beautifully designed outfit from the latter seasons of the Clone Wars. It was intricate yet subtle and very recognizable as Jedi attire.

Her facial markings in CW is better than the Rebels version. I prefer the teen Ahsoka to the tween version that had the huge eyes. Plus the tween was the one that was obnoxious with the “Sky Guy” and “Artooey”.

If its a Mythos, why not have her on a giant wolf, Mononoke style, inspired by Filoni concept arts. But the wolf being so huge it could take away from Ahsoka.

It figures we wouldn't get this. Disney has a weird block on Star Wars characters that for some odd reason Sideshow isn't allowed to (doesn't want to) challenge.

I mean, Hasbro is allowed to hold "Most Wanted" and "Fan" polls every year to get popular characters released. But Sideshow? We get two Boba's, a First Order Trooper, a Death Trooper, a Jyn, a K2, a Phasma, and 4 OT characters that are only being semi-well received by fans. I doubt we'll ever see a Palpatine redux, a Qui Gon, Obi Wan, Mara, Starkiller, Ahsoka, Jaina, Jacen, Ben SKYWALKER, Talon redux, and other most wanted characters that we were even polled on by Sideshow employees on these forums =/

I saw this thread this morning and got my hopes up, but told myself I wouldn't believe it until it was official. I guess I knew it was too good to be true.

I really wish we could get more Star Wars characters from Sideshow. I have nothing against stormtroopers, they look cool and all, but I'm never going to buy a premium format figure of one.
