Paul has previously said the base, and possibly power lenses for the price. But it wasn't a given.

It was said multiple times that there was something else was going to be included in addition to the stand, even before the power lenses were mentioned. Hopefully that is what we get, even if it costs a bit extra. A lot of real NVGs don't even have that cool feature.
