I actually love this but it's just too big for me. If I had the room I might have gotten it for 1K.

She’s absolutely amazing. The sheer size of this piece is difficult to comprehend with just pictures.

I couldn't agree more! What warrants this piece to be 1499?
More than Broly, more than Natsu...

Man, Tsume is making me sad here, lol. I think it was 2 TFD ago, I preordered I think every piece revealed: Bee, Ichigo, Piccolo. I think?

Now, I don't want to touch any of these new reveals.

Natsu blew me away, just from sheer presence alone. It’s even better when the room lights were off and the statue lights were on. It was awesome! Athena however, has a completely different air about it. It very much makes you focus on Athena and if you’re a Saint Saiya Fan, it’s a wonderful representation of her. I wouldn’t say Law was a “joke”, it’s just not what anyone was expecting. Most people were expecting Chopper (at least the attendees I spoke to). He’s incredibly well made with a lot of details (to Law Himself).

No disrespect to Tsume but it looks like a statue I can buy in my local garden shops. Would they sell me Athena by herself?

Wonderful statue but only collecting Gold saints so I will pass on it.

Athena herself looks great but the oversized base all one colour, not much detail does nothing for me.

I know Athena is an important character but if i'm spending 1500 euro on a 1/4 Saint Seiya piece then i'd at least like it to be Seiya, ikki, Shiryu etc...

For me just the Athena statue on a more reserved base for around 500-600 Euro would have made more sense.....but hey it's sold out so what do i know.

Despite all what i thought...looks pretty insane...youre paying for the size of this...i still don't think it's very detailed but looks decent enough.#

It's cool that all the HQS+ SS statues are going to be a diorama but man, it's gonna be HUGE!
