So Chronicle has updated their website. My account login does not work and my email is not even found in the system now to retrieve any information. Can anyone login?

I can't get in either. I got the exact same results as you did. My account login does not work, and my email is not found. "No account found with that email."

Not going to panic just yet though. Perhaps they are still working out the bugs with the website update (hopefully).

Robert, would it be possible for the product page to state the estimated shipping time? Would be nice to know when do products actually coming out. There was such information featured at the previous site. Thank you.

Now I’m no web designer but the 1st thing I’d check is that customers could log into their accounts before allowing a new website to go live, surely that’s just common sense :confused:

Thanks Robert. :) I'm glad to hear our orders are safe but I think you can understand why we're all a little on edge. It has been a substantial amount of time we have not been able to access our accounts.

Looking at the new site. I guess you guys aren't doing in house payment plans? Your using a company, partially?

Also, if you choose straight pay thru Chronicle is the full amount charged or just the deposit and balance when it ships?

Was able to create an account but my orders are all messed up. I only have the blue ex on PO and shows I have two regulars. Man this rollout is utter crap.

Try creating a new account with all the same info as your old account. Some of us did that and it transferred over all of our info and orders from our old account. :)

so the create a new account method does work and is confirmed by heather too. now, i notice the payment method is more flexible. it ranges between 2-10 months. and you can choose to do a down payment too. they are using a service called Partial.ly.

Yeah, your account should be sorted now. As a point of clarification, I just found out myself that we can now accept deposits through our new payment processor. This was not possible under our previous system.

For example, i pre-ordered the P1 t-rex today. I decided i would give 200 today and for the next 10 months, I'll pay 60. You can select from 2-10 months and you can give a deposit if you want to. That will dictate your monthly payment. The company they are using is called partial.ly.com. imo, the program is wayyyyy better now. They just take the payment from my bank. They even give you a schedule of the exact dates for each payment every month.

You gave your bank account info to them? Not sure I would be comfortable doing that.

How do they do that if you don't give them any info? I had to give paypal bank and card info so not sure what you are talking about...

well, i have chase. i just linked my account to my profile. so the payments are made automatically from my bank account.

I created a new Chronicle account with same info.

I actually didn't notice that part of not seeing how many payments i have done in a piece. Now, the partially website will indeed let you see the ones for new purchases.

My biggest concern is that I want to change my payment method for each order and it doesn’t let me.

I’ll probably need to call but hopefully it gets fixed before my next payment is due.

I just hope I didn’t jack anything up but creating a new chronicle account and partially acct.

The part about creating the "new" account is fine. Just contact heather for the other thing.

did you created a "new" account? you have to use the same credentials and you should get your info back.

Yeah, i have seen cases like that too. Contact heather because one thing i notice was that i pre-ordered the EX P1 blue and when i checked it said regular. I contacted Heather and although she didn't answer it did got corrected.
