That thing is far uglier than I would have at first imagined.

The DST Thing statue is nice.

I've been a Bowen-Only collector as far as Marvel characters go, but this could push me the other way. I love the FF, and this Thing Statue is one of the best I've seen.

Previews says this thing stands 12 inches...is that with the base or without, I'm wondering?

The Daredevil statue is dreadful, cant see anyone buying that one, but I really like the Thing statue

This statue looks nice. The only complaint I have is, he looks short? Are the measurements right? The legs looks too short.

I don't like the base much, but otherwise it looks darn good. Might have to buy this one.

Looks like it's based on John Byrne's version from his run on the title. Nice lookin statue, but I'll pass.

I must be crazy....Am I the only one that thinks this statue sucks!? The head is about the only part that is normal....why are his arms and legs so damn Fat and over-sized!? This def. isn't the sort of "Thing" I'm looking for.

Yep same here, Its so out of proportion.

I think that if the head were scaled up by .25 or so, it'd be in better proportion.
It doesn't seem to really compare with the HH Thing though, after seeing both.
One "thing" you could do - sculpt a big sub sandwich, and put it in his hands,
like he is contemplating whether to eat it or not? Could put anything in his mitts really.

Ok, now that I know HH is doing a Thing, I got no need for this DS version. I much prefer the HH classic sculpt.
